Which of the following body sprays (50102, 50150-PR, SH5000-PR, SH5002-PR, SH5005-PR) will be the most therapeutic for use on my lower back?
Do they have water flow limiting valves in them? Does the output flow depend on how many i have installed, in otherwords if I install 4 sprays will each one have a 1.75 gpm output? Can they also be installed to move left to right instead of up and down?

No, they do not have flow restrictors. If you run four at the same time a pressure balancing loop is required to achieve full flow. Please see page 3 in the following ink for more information.
