Beautiful, but the hand shower needs refinement.
The arm look at feel is great, but the shower head is not. We will be looking to replace this shower head. It essentially has 2 settings and neither of them are exactly what we were looking for.

Attractive slide bar for shower
Initially when I received this it was missing parts because of mishandling during shipping. Thankfully the company was gracious enough to send out a whole replacement unit. We did need a professional installer to come install this as you have to go through the wall to attach it. I was so excited about this but truly am a bit disappointed. The shower head itself is plastic which makes me fear it won’t last very long. Also, we are already in a water conserving state so the water pressure that comes out of this is horrible. It looks great though and we put it in our guest/kids bathroom so I guess it will be fine in there. The kids are excited about actually being able to reach the shower head so that’s a bonus. This definitely doesn’t work as an overhead shower because you can’t angle it right b it as a holder for the shower head it’s great. Overall, I am not sure if I can recommend but for now the kids love it so that makes me happy.

This looks so beautiful and premium in my shower! I had to hire a handy man to install but it didn’t take longer than about an hour and half. The faucet color is so nice, it goes with my bathroom aesthetic perfectly. The water flow is great and I love that you can change the flow patterns. Definitely would recommend 10/10!

Potentially really cool
I was really excited about this but they didn't send the screws. I haven't been able to install it because I'm going to have to go by screws to use this. Other than that, the style looks great and it looks durable and sturdy.

Fairly easy to install
I was really excited to receive this Delta Universal Showering H2OKinetic 3-Setting Slide Bar Hand Shower in Matte Black but I’d have to say I was a bit disappointed with the quality. For the price of the unit, I was surprised to see that the shower head was made of plastic. It was fairly easy to install but I did have to make two holes into the tile, luckily I had the tools to do so. This was not as good as I had anticipated it to be, the water pressure that comes from the shower head wasn’t strong enough on any setting. Since I completed the installation of this, I am hoping with time I will get used to it or be able to adjust the settings to find pressure to my liking. Thank you for the opportunity to receive and review this item.

After a few years, the rubbed bronze is flaking off the hose part. Never used any products on it to clean, just wiped with damp cloth.

Just had this handheld model installed.The shower head itself has two settings.The center 4 holes and the middle holes.There are no holes for all over spray as a traditional shower head. Not happy with this head..Is there a head that has all over spray?

Is the shower slide bar a grab bar?
Is the shower slide bar ADA compliant in that it can be used as a safety grab bar?
Hi Debbie, Thank you for your question. The model 51308 traditional slide bar hand shower is just a slide bar. The bar is not rated to be used as a grab bar. Our model 56302 is a traditionally styled grab bar with hose and ADA approved mount that you can add the 59433-PK hand shower to make a complete unit.

How much can parking bracket angle be adjusted?
I have a 51308 and ihe parking bracket only moves from straight up to about a 20 degree angle....is that all the further it will go?

Thank you for your question. The hand shower mount shout swivel by about 45 degrees. This will keep the hand shower from falling out of the mount.

Champagne Bronze GRAB BAR slide bar version available? If not, could one be made from available traditional grab bar and available parts? Would there be a down side to that? No CZ bars for shower would make me look elsewhere besides Delta for whole bath

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer a slide bar/grab bar in the Champagne Bronze finish and we can not recommend using a slide bar as a grab bar as it is not intended to support the same weight limit. Do the Alen srews that hold the bar in place have a button or something to cover them? I purchased the oil rubbed bronze finish and it looks funny with stainless Alen screws exposed on the bar mounts

Trim package?
I'd like to get the Leland Monitor® 17 Series Shower Trim with this, but I don't need the extra Leland shower head.
Do I have the option of matching that trim with this hand shower?
Our goal is to have the separate controls for volume and temperature.
Thank you for your question. The Leland series does have a valve only model. You could order Delta Faucet model # T17078 and then put anything you want with it. You will also need the R10000-UNBX rough-in to complete the package.

Does the slide bar actually slide? How does it work?

Thank you for your question. The hand shower mount can move up and down on the bar. You can adjust it by turning the handle to loosen the slide mechanism, repositioning it, then tightening the handle.

Does this have left and right options? I’d like the cross knob to be on the R and the cradle on L, but if I do that it only tilts up, not 45degrees down to be useable. I tried sliding off and flipping but remains the same!
all the photos above show the knob on the right of the slide bar and the handheld on the left. But when installed in this orientation the handheld can not be tilted forward. What's the point if you can't tilt the handheld forward?

Thank you for your question. The model# 51308 slide bar hand shower does contain some non-metallic parts. The showerhead and the endcaps of the slidebar are non-metallic. The majority of the slide bar assembly is metal.

We have the shower head 51308 on a sliding bar. We can't seem to adjust the angle of the cradle so it can spray at the proper downward angle to shower. Can the angle of the cradle be adjusted? It would only make sense that it could? Please advise

How High from the Floor should I mount my Delta 51308 from the floor? Also, how high should the Wall Elbow be mounted as well?

Unfortunately, we don't have a recommended height for the slide bar hand shower. Select the wall position based on the family's needs and preferences. Locate the wall elbow so there will be slack in the hose when the hand shower is in the extreme up or down positions.

Model 51308. The U shape piece that holds the wand does tilt 45 degrees but the wand does not fit into the "U." The cone shaped end on the hand held head is too big for the "U." The picture above shows it slid into place. Did I purchase the wrong hose?
