Are the parts metal? Also, looking to add this to a regular shower head, so we will have a standard head, then push a button to switch to wand. What valve and shower head assembly would you recommend?

Thank you for your question, James. The hand shower is non-metallic. The slide bar, hose, and elbow are metal. There are a couple of options to divert the water between the showering components. The first is an in-wall diverter. For this, you will need the R11000 Rough-In Valve and a T11_ Diverter Trim Kit to match your shower valve trim. You will also need a supply elbow for the hand shower hose, such as the 50560. The second option is to use a shower arm diverter, such as the U4923-PK or U4929-PK. We recommend an MultiChoice R10000 Valve and a 13/14, 17, or 17T Series trim kit for the main volume and temperature control. Best regards, Jon

Model # 51361 SS: The supplied escutcheon is only 1-3/4" in diameter and does not adequately cover the cut-out in the tile for the 1/2" nipple. Does Delta offer a wider escutcheon with elbow kit suitable to receive the 1/2" FPT threads from the wand?

Where can I get the parts (mounting brackets) for 51361-SS?

Can the hose connection be mounted on the left and right? Are there installation instructions available?

The trim piece model number T11894-SS is wrong. We need a shower handle (aka trim piece) that an adult can use to turn the shower on and adjust the temperature. We were instructed to order valve R10000-UNBXHF as well. We already have the 51361-SS too.

Can the head be adjusted to shoot to the left and right in a somewhat locked position? Or does it only adjust to shoot up and down? About to make a purchase and deciding between this or the 59716 which has no bar and installed on a knuckle bracket. Thanks

Hi Moe15, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 51361-SS. The bottom of the hand shower is cone-shaped and this sits in the adjustable mount. The hand shower can be turned left and right in the mount and is held reliably in place with friction. The mount can also be turned and locked in place. Is this available in an all steel construction? We have this model in an outdoor shower but the head keeps breaking loose (non-repairable, requires replacement).

51361-SS head not much pressure and the "pause" leaks profusely. Do I ask for replacement, or did my plumber run pipe thread into it so far that it gummed some stuff up?
