Hand Held Shower Review
Very nice shower head. The spray has several features, including a hard jet spray either for cleaning the shower or a know in your shoulder. Everything seemed a very high quality.

Wife loves the fan spray for cleaning shower
Well we had a little setback with this unit. For some reason the hose that was included with it had a 1/2" NPT thread on the end to connect to the elbow, instead of the 1/2" NPSM thread that is on the 50560BL elbow that is recommended for it. I called Delta and explained the problem and the customer service rep and I went through the technical specs and it clearly states that they have different threads. The customer rep was awesome and sent me out a new hose and it screwed on perfectly just like it should have! So kudos to their service department (although it was quite a wait on hold) once I got through she was awesome.
Oh and for the person who noted the water pressure, make sure you first fire it up without the hand wand attached to make sure any little debris is cleaned out instead of plugging up your jets, also (and I'm not sure this is recommended or endorsed by Delta, so do so at your own risk, but there's a little O ring in the bottom of the handle where the debris filter is. I would assume that if that was removed it would increase your pressure/flow slightly

Lumicoat Polished Nickel vs. Lumicoat Stainless - which finish is closest to Brushed Nickel?
Hi Mary527,
Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about, 51584-SS-PR! The PN finish is described as a high-gloss, pale gold finish, and the SS is described as neutral, low-gloss finish. Both of which are nickel but the SS would have the same brush strokes as the Brushed Nickel.
Please contact us directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance.

Hello Is the anchor bracket for this piece plastic? I am looking for a piece with a metal braket. Thanks so much
Thank you for reaching out to Delta Faucet Company!
Our 51584-RB does not require a wall anchor as it is not a grab bar. The mounting hardware for this model may contain metal parts.
We appreciate your inquiry. Please reach out directly if you have further questions!
