The product picture (https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/520-MPU-DST-R.html) shows a lift rod for the drain. Does this product come with A) a lift rod, B) an overflow connecting drain?

The faucet has a metal push pop-up drain assembly in matching finish (included). The lift rod is not included in the parts break down.
