We purchased the 142710-RB-I20 for our bathroom. I want to know if we will be able to use the control we purchased with the 142710-RB-I20 to control this Raincan Shower Head if we add this with the 142710-RB-I20? Thank you.

Thank you for your question. The Delta Monitor 142710-RB-I20 Shower unit will work with the Delta 52158-RB25 shower head. A 3 Setting diverter will be needed so that both showers can be controlled on the same valve unit.

What is the circumference of this showerhead? Model # 52158-25
I am glad that Delta provided a link to the technical spec sheet here because it is somehow unavailable on the product page. At 300mm, the diameter is closer to 11 13/16', but the question was circumference, which would be approximately 942.5 mm, or just under 37 1/8".

Would you try to describe “Soft Rain” spray for me. Is it like a light rain (reduced water to each port, drippy), a waterfall (wide individual sprays, feels like water coats you), or a high pressure misting experience (hurts skin closeup)? Thanks

Does this shower head have a restrictor.
Thank you for your review, Mike! All manufacturers of faucets and shower heads are required to put “restrictors” in their products. The removal of such water conservation devices would void the warranty of the product with regard to the restrictor's assembly and function as well as introduce debris into the unit. In addition, we would suggest checking with your local municipality to see if there are codes for not using the water conservation devices the manufacturer puts in place. If you are having a low flow issue, you will want to check for debris accumulation and flush any potential debris from the faucet and supplies.

Hi there, I had this shower head installed by a professional plumber. After using it for few months I noticed that the water is coming out only at 3/4 of the unit. It is installed on the shower ceiling and not in angle. Does it have a flow adjustment?

There is not an adjustment for flow rate. However, the issue described is typically due to mineral build-up. We recommend soaking the showerhead in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water to remove any sediment contributing to the issue.

You will also need two valves, the R10000-UNWSHF for regulating water temperature and volume as well as an R11000 for diverting water between the two products. Alternatively, you could install an R22000 valve which combines the two. Selecting a trim kit would be the final step in completing your shower setup.
