The matte black finish gives the space a sleek, modern update and makes the bathroom feel high end without looking over the top. One of my favorite features is having two different shower options. The raincan shower head offers a soothing, spa like experience that’s perfect for relaxing, while the second shower head delivers a strong, direct spray for when I need more power. Switching between the two is effortless, and both function perfectly. The water pressure is steady and satisfying, and the entire system feels sturdy and well built. Installation was also pretty straightforward if you’re comfortable with basic DIY tasks. Overall, this was an excellent upgrade for my bathroom. Worked with existing pipes although it does bring its own components with the same nice black finish. Better water pressure than the previous one I was using! Highly recommend these for anyone looking to replace any shower or tub fixtures.

I need help with figuring out how the handle is to stay on the hot/cold panel? I think there may be a part missing? When the handle is put on there is a huge gap and the handle does not stay on.

Why no 2.5 gpm shower head.  The 1.8 will likely freeze before hitting my head.

Is there a shower arm that is longer and will allow the shower head to point vertically down for a rainfall effect?

We manufacture different shower arms for different installations. The Delta faucet T14467-BL-PP includes a standard shower arm, however, the RP46870 will work in a standard installation. If you are doing an entire renovation and have a connection on the ceiling you may need to use a vertical shower arm. Please refer to the links below. Can you compare the water flow from the square rain head 52159-SS vs. the standard RP70175SS- I think my client is worried about getting shampoo out of long hair with only the rainhead shower head.

My Delta 52159-PR25 rain shower head stopped pushing water through the nozzles and started leaking on the top and down over the sides. I had a plumber come out today and he said to get a new shower head. It is only 2-3 years old.

Where do I find a thick wall installation kit for this? The provided trim screws do not reach their mounting points in the wall.

How do I get the handle off to adjust the water heater temperature? What size Allen wrench do I need? It seems like a very difficult task to be able to adjust the inner water temp setting. I was able to get the button off and then wasn’t sure what to do.

What is the difference other than price on the 52159-CZ-PR25 rain head compared to the CBKB2288?  Also can they be flush mounted to ceiling? If so what arm / part is needed? Thanks

Love this shower head!! I know you can use your hand to clean this shower head but that doesn't quite work as well as I think it should. Is there product I can use to help clean the spray holes better?
