If I use shower arm RP46870 can the shower head 52159 or Vero shower head be tilted ?

Question on Delta 52158 and 52159 Raincan Showerheads - are these CSA approved?  I can't find them on your Canadian website but could purchase in the U.S.

Should the shower rainfall be installed with a diverter or control. If so which part is recommended for this shower head?
