I have this shower head installed as a rain can in my shower. It drips, even hours after it was last used and the water is diverted to the primary shower head and shut off. Is this normal?

Is this a WaterSense product?  I live in Arizona and I see the note about it may not be eligible for purpose?

The model 52161-CZ25 is not water sense, this is a 2.5 GPM which is not available in some states due to the water restrictions. What is the difference between this product, and the more expensive 52159-BL model. From a specification standpoint, they look to be equal, yet the 52159 is much more expensive?

On a 12" shower head, what are the dimensions of the water fall from the head? Or another way to ask this may be on a 12" square head what is the dimesions of the surface are of the water openings? We are doing a ceiling mount.
