we had the HyOkinetic raincan shower head installed (14 series) and the water blast is too powerful. Is there anyway of adjusting the strength the water shoots out?
Thank you for your question, Jackie27! Model 52175 is a WaterSense labeled shower head that should only produce 1.75 gpm @ 60 psi. If you are getting a higher flow rate than this, you may want to remove the shower head to check that the flow restrictor was not removed. If the main valve has shut off supplies, the water pressure can be slightly reduced there, otherwise you may need a shower head that is rated at a lower flow rate or need to speak with a professional about installing a pressure reducing valve. A volume control adjuster like part number RP6124 may also help.

Does the shower head have a screen that can reduce the intensity of the water flow? 52175-CZ
Thank you for your question, Porky! We do not recommend removing the flow restrictor from model 52175-CZ, as it increases the risk of the shower head being damaged beyond repair.

I have a Bronce champagne shower head, how can I clean the calcium or minerals build ups, without damagibg the finish?
Hi jcvg! Thank you for your question! I will be happy to help. We recommend soaking the showerhead in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. For tougher mineral build-up you can try using a soft bristle tooth brush to remove calcium. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance at this time!
