What does recertified mean? What is the head size of this model? What else do I need to order to have the head come out from the wall?

Thank you for your question regarding our Delta Faucet.
Recertified means returns sent by dealers. The product has been examined to confirm the product is in like-new condition, and the product & parts have never been installed, and all parts are included. In nearly all instances, the box was never opened. The packaging may show signs of wear. The shower head is 6 inches. Please refer to the link below of the shower arms.

Can I attach a handheld sprayer to this?
Hi Katelyn,
Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 52535-CZ-R.
This showerhead can be used with a hand shower. A diverter would be used to change between the two. The diverter can be in the wall like the T11835-CZ trim with a wall elbow to attach the hand shower hose.
Or a shower arm diverter like U4924-CZ-PK or U4929-CZ-PK can be used to attach the hand shower hose behind the showerhead.
