Shower Head spray Malfunction
After 6 months of RARELY used spray patterns, all of a sudden the selected spray pattern is stuck no matter what we select. Contacted Delta Faucet Concierge and they were GREAT (which is why I gave a 4 star rating). Antonio was friendly & VERY efficient, wow customer service still exists--thanks Delta!

Switch to Change Stream Stopped Working
I installed this shower head 1 year ago. Suddenly the switch to change the stream stopped working, and to change the stream it became necessary to turn the water off, push the button, and then turn the water back on. I called Delta customer service, and they shipped me a free replacement. If not for this issue, I would rate it 5 stars.

Questioning my Choice
Just started using this Showerhead in my newly re-done bathroom. I always use Delta. However, this one lacks. I have good water pressure but the water is the most anemic of any showerhead I have used before. The previous cheapo showerhead (not Delta) did better. Nice to push the button vs. move a lever. Disappointing.

LOW PRESSURE
has very low pressure no matter which setting i use, installed in brand new house,,other showers are fine, had the water company come and test water pressure coming into home and it checked fine, i know a ot of shower heads have the water saving feature now , but it is not and enjoyable shower experience

Good shower head
I love the shape as that was important to me. I like a touch of modern and blend of straight lines and curved sides were perfect. The different water sprays are nice. The standard and standard with pulsating are my favorites. It has a button on the bottom to switch between them. That's a nice feature too. Water spots do show up a little on the stainless but not too bad.

We received a faulty shower head - pushing the rectangular button on the lower portion of the Delta 5-Spray H2Okinetic shower head (Model # 52663) does nothing. Water dribbles out while depressed, then reverts to the same setting as - unchanged from the flow prior to pushing the button.

Have you heard any complaints of pressure lowering when this shower head is used in conjunction with the body sprays?
Thank you for your question, JenH! Any shower head will experience a slight decrease in pressure when being used with another unit as the water must then be diverted between both. The more products the water must divert between will increase this pressure drop. Furthermore, this is a Watersense CSA Shower Head only designed to produce 1.75 gpm @ 80 psi. I want to run 2 of these shower heads off 1 valve. My house has 60 PSI. will I get a good flow out of both?

Thank you for your question. The Delta 52663-BL 5-Setting H2Okinetic Shower Head gives a flow rate of 1.75 gpm @ 80 psi. This will depend on the valve trim kit and diverter assembly you are using.

What would cause my shower head to suddenly lose pressure and not respond to the settings button. I can press the button but it doesnt change the spray pattern.

Thanks for your question regarding 52663-SS! To change the spray modes, the button must be fully depressed and released to complete the change of setting. Please try soaking your shower head in a 50/50 solution of white distilled vinegar and water for 30 minutes and fully rinse off once done. If this does not solve your concerns, please contact us directly.
