I find that changing the sprays is difficult. To make any change you have to grip the base of the shower head FIRMLY in order to depress the selector button. Seems like this needs to be worked out for easy use. This should only require a 1 hand adjustment.

Shower head recurring leaking
I am on our second one and within 6 months this one is leaking in the same place as the first one did. Very frustrating, there must be a design defect.

Easy install, looks and works great.
This installed in minutes, looks great and works very well. Despite a lower GPM than the head it replaced, the jets provide good pressure in every spray pattern. The button at the base of the head to select between spray patterns is easy to operate and works with firm click feedback. If there is one gripe, it's that you can only access the pause function by cycling through all of the spray patterns. A separate switch or button to toggle between spray and pause is preferrable, but that's a small complaint. Overall this is a great showerhead.

Water pressure on this was very low. Pressure was too low for any of the settings other than the spray, which was still weak.

The shower head is a bit finniky as it doesn't always respond to my pushing it...is there a specific place I am supposed to push the button to change the flow. I don't have any instructions on how its supposed to work

if I'm installing 2 shower heads 52664-SS, do i need 2 6 function diverters (T27999)? i want each shower head to be able to be used together or separately.

If you are only installing two Delta Pivotal Shower Heads 52664-SS, and capping off the third port of the diverter valve, you can use the Delta Pivotal 17 Series Integrated Diverter 3-Setting Trim T27899. This trim will allow the each shower head to run individually and together.

Doesn’t seem to be as strong as we wanted. In a review we read, it states they removed the water restrictor, now works beautifully! How do you do that????
Thank you for your question, TeriS! Unfortunately we can not recommend removing the flow restrictor as this part is not designed to be easily removed. Doing so will void the warranty as well as introduce debris into the unit.

Can this faucet be mounted horizontally like a traditional 'rainfall' shower, or is there any reason it needs to be mounted at an angle? If so, does Delta make a shower arm that would extend from the wall and mount this horizontally?

This showerhead can be adjusted by swiveling on the metal ball connector. The five spray settings can be cycled through by pressing the button on the showerhead's face.

When the shower head uninstalled...that is just the pipe is sticking out of the wall, I turned the water on and off the water stops completely. That is no dripping when the shower head is not attached. When the shower head is installed it's a steady drip.

This head has run well for several years. Today the flow seemed to diminish significantly or perhaps come through different holes. Perhaps a guest pushed the button?? I soaked the head in vinegar for a few hours but the button doesn't change anything??
