PRODUCT FEATURES
Replacing your shower head is one of the quickest, simplest upgrades you can make to your shower. Our shower heads feature a wide range of styles and innovations, and install in less than 20 minutes - no special tools required. Delta® H2Okinetic® Showers look different because they are different. Using advanced technology, H2Okinetic showers sculpt water into a unique wave pattern, giving you 3X the coverage of a standard shower head.* The end result is a shower that provides more coverage, more warmth and more intensity for a truly drenching shower experience. So go ahead and indulge, because now you can enjoy the feeling of more water without using more water. While other products may gather unsightly mineral build-up over time, Delta soft rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow any mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look – with no need for soaking or the aid of chemical cleaners. The pause setting gives you ample space for shaving, lathering and other shower tasks, then easily restarts the water with the temperature where you left off. This spray setting helps you conserve water, so you can worry less about depleting your supply of hot water - and you help the environment too. Delta WaterSense labeled faucets, showers and toilets use at least 20% less water than the industry standard—saving you money without compromising performance. *Coverage measured in accordance with EPA WaterSense® Specification for shower heads, March 4, 2010.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not function as described Sadly, we have built several new homes and have been using Delta products in all of our bathrooms and Kitchens without any issues up until recently. Delta describes this shower head as a "powerful drench spray". This is the most deceiving description of this product. It is anything but "powerful". We just completed a bathroom remodel and are completely satisfied with how it turned out other than the Delta shower head. I've used it for over a week now and I cannot tell you how frustrating it is when you can't rinse the shampoo off your head without standing under the spray for a much longer time. The result is using much more water than using a showerhead with more volume. I WOULD VERY MUCH LIKE TO REPLACE THIS HEAD!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ONE!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very little pressure Used this for about two years before finally giving up on it. Very little pressure. I tested my shower with a less expensive but comparative water flow and got much better results. Called Delta and the rep was not willing to give me a partial credit for another shower head. Seemed be more concerned with challenging my experience versus wanting to help me. Wish I would have read the other reviews first. Good luck out there!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delta Shower Head [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great shower that was available in our polished nickel finish and has adjustable spray settings which are easy to change. The spray pattern is a full rain shower type but does not require a high water useage. It looks great with the rest of our fixtures.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shower head [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was trying to find a polished nickel shower head that didn't break the bank. The finish was excellent and the shower head works great.

Q&A

Is there a water pressure reducing filter in this unit? I need more pressure.

Asked by: Topgun
Thank you for your question Topgun! Model 52687 is designed to produce 2.00 gpm @ 80 psi, 7.6 L/min @ 550 kPa. It has a debris screen meant to trap any foreign contaminants as well as a flow restrictor. Removing either of these components will immediately void the warranty and introduce harmful material into the shower head. Doing so may also violate water laws in certain states. Instead, we would recommend checking the debris screen for blockages and making sure you are receiving as close to 80 psi as possible. Below is a link to our current shower heads that provide the maximum allowance of 2.50 gpm. Please check for local water restrictions that may apply. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/showering/showerheads--handshowers Best regards, Edward
