delta bathroom faucet
finish was not what I viewed in showroom. upon conversation with Delta rep, was told that due to material used, variations are expected.
Also, after item istalled, realized that drain was not a totally pop up drain as the sales rep and I expected. apparently, Delta's verbal description for a pop up drain is a "push" pop up drain. Now I'm out the cost of the faucet and installation cost for a faucet that I will have to replace.

We have the Delta Faucet: 533LF-SSMPU in brushed nickel. I cannot find in any of the literature what this is made of (so I can properly clean it). Is it stainless steel? Can I use a stainless steel cleaner? It does get water spots on it. Thank you.

Our Delta faucets are made of several materials and may depend on which model you have. We can't provide that level of detail every time, and specific amounts are considered proprietary (trade secret). I have included our cleaning and care information below.
Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward.

How do you clean the screen

My pop-up drain is leaking. I can’t twist the stopper or pull the assembly out. Perhaps it was installed to not come out, but how is it supposed to be serviceable?

For models with a push pop-up, the stopper should turn 90 to unlock it and then pull straight up. The stopper has tabs that lock into the overflow holes.

If the faucet has a lift rod to move the stopper, the horizontal rod may need to be removed to service the stopper.
