The Delta Faucet Kayra™ Single Handle Pull-Down Bathroom Faucet In Stainless MODEL#: 533LF-SSPDMPU does not have a different aerator that will increase the water pressure. We would recommend flushing the unit. Flow issues are typically caused by debris. If only one side is affected, there is debris in the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shutoff valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. To clean, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth and blot dry with a soft towel. Hard water spots are best avoided by this daily regime. If extra measures are needed, a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water could be used. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward. You may soak your wand assembly in a 50/50 solution of white distilled vinegar and water for up to 30 minutes to loosen up any debris.
