Innovative bathroom faucet
Have had these faucets (2) installed for 10 days now. We went from a two handle wide spread faucet to this single handle. We really like it. I really like the higher arch (goose neck) on this faucet, too because I dont have to stoop over as much to get water to my face as I did with previous faucet. Water flow is great. The pull down hose is convenient to rinse out sink, but we don't use as often only because we are still getting used to this new feature. This faucet is also made from brass internally which should work well with our hard (but softened) well water. The drain pipe is also metal (hopefully rust resistant) and sturdy compared to plastic. Looks really nice and is innovative for a bathroom faucet.

Looks sleek and very functional.
Looks sleek and works great. The pull out sprayer is perfect to wash down sink and much easier than splashing your hand. Would have given 5 stars if handle was reversible…I am right handed and have to reach across faucet when brushing my teeth.

Pleased but hose was initially defective...
We had an issue with the pull out hose not being loose inside it's casing causing water to reverse flow in the fixture and dump out in our new vanity, after a few minutes and a text to delta they had a new hose coming our way. Thankful Delta is a good company. With replacement parts. The new hose came and built more solid felt firm inside the end fixture casing!

the perfect bathroom sink faucet
This faucet is perfect for our powder room. The features I like are a single Hot/cold handle and the handy extendable tip to rinse out the sink...no more whicker shavings left in the sink, I will be buying a few more when we do our primary bathroom.

Game changer! Rinse your sink without getting your hands wet!
Love, love, love the pull-out! Great for rinsing whiskers and toothpaste. A few little tweeks on the next model and it will be perfect..... (the angle of the pull-out impacts the hose feed into the faucet slightly, and a little more room between the counter-top and the handle when the handle is in the down ("hot") position.

For the black matte of this faucet, how fingerprint or water spot resistant is the finish, as I don't see "spot-shield" for this

It won't be fingerprint of spot "proof". However, we recommend after each use wiping the faucet down with a dry, soft cloth to prevent any potential spotting that may occur.

where can I find information on the limited warranty? What is limited and how long?

Our products do have a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers, all parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes of Delta® faucets purchased from authorized Delta sellers to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home in which the faucet was first installed. hi, what is the difference between this Kayra single hole bath sink faucet and Broadmoor (HomeDepot only) except the price?
