For the black matte of this faucet, how fingerprint or water spot resistant is the finish, as I don't see "spot-shield" for this

It won't be fingerprint of spot "proof". However, we recommend after each use wiping the faucet down with a dry, soft cloth to prevent any potential spotting that may occur.

Is there a replacement aerator or screen to provide a stronger water flow

The Delta Faucet Kayra™ Single Handle Pull-Down Bathroom Faucet In Stainless MODEL#: 533LF-SSPDMPU does not have a different aerator that will increase the water pressure. We would recommend flushing the unit.
Flow issues are typically caused by debris. If only one side is affected, there is debris in the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shutoff valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. Check flow from the faucet.

What do you do if you need the pop up drain WITHOUT overflow holes for the Kayra Single Handle Pull-Down Bathroom Faucet in Stainless?
