the flow was terrible it splattered all over the place and made a mess!
the flow was terrible it splattered all over the place, We had to replace them. according to our plumber it was because they had 1/4" feed lines instead of the 3/8" feed lines on most other bathroom faucets.

Trillian faucet.
We had this installed about a week ago. Very nice design and works smoothly. The only negative is the low flow rate; it is not optimal, but I think that is what the rules allow.

what is the difference between the MODEL#: 543-MPU-DST and the MODEL#: 543-LPU-DST?

How to remove screen to clean? Flow obstructed

Installed 2 of these single hole vanity faucets. Low flow out of both. Flushed the lines before install Anything I can do

Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about your 543-MPU-DST!
We do recommend flushing the valve; It will allow the removal of debris in the lines. Here are the steps for flushing your faucet.
Please shut water supplies off before starting this process. You will need 1/8" Allen wrench and start by popping the cap off the front of the handle. Then you would remove your handle with the wrench. Please pull the handle off of the cartridge, you will then find the cap and bonnet nut. Both the cap and bonnet nut would be unthreaded from the faucet. The next part you should see is the cartridge, please grab and pull it out. Then, using needle nose pillars, grab the brass insert and pull it out. Under the insert is the flow restrictor and this is where the blockage would be located, once cleaned follow the directions in reverse for reinstall.

I am unable to get the cap off in order to access the bonnet nut and valve cartridge. Does the cap unscrew? or just pull straight off?

The cap on your 543-SS-PR-MPU-DST is threaded in place, if it is tight, we recommend soaking a rag in a 50/50 white vinegar and water. Wrap the rag around the bonnet nut and let sit for 10-15 minutes, then use a strap wrench to remove.

Is it anticipated that the Trillian faucet will be made in the touch/hands-free activation option?

RP73003 has a thread size of M18x1-6g. We do not offer an aerator that is 2.2 GPM.

We are having a custom sink made and will be using 543-SSMPU-DST. What size hole (single hole installation) do we tell the factory to drill? Do we need to order a gasket for the installation?
