PRODUCT FEATURES
Experience a better shower with the control and flexibility of a Delta® hand shower. Great for showering yourself or your loved ones and pets, as well as for keeping your shower and tub clean. Delta® H2Okinetic® Showers look different because they are different. Using advanced technology, H2Okinetic showers sculpt water into a unique wave pattern, giving you 3X the coverage of a standard shower head.* The end result is a shower that provides more coverage, more warmth and more intensity for a truly drenching shower experience. So go ahead and indulge, because now you can enjoy the feeling of more water without using more water. Designed to look like new for life, Brilliance® finishes are developed using a proprietary process that creates a durable, long-lasting finish that is guaranteed not to corrode, tarnish or discolor. The pause setting gives you ample space for shaving, lathering and other shower tasks, then easily restarts the water with the temperature where you left off. This spray setting helps you conserve water, so you can worry less about depleting your supply of hot water - and you help the environment too. Delta WaterSense labeled faucets, showers and toilets use at least 20% less water than the industry standard—saving you money without compromising performance.
*Coverage measured in accordance with EPA WaterSense® Specification for shower heads, March 4, 2010.

What an improvement!
I had a 2011 Delta hand-held 2.0 gpm shower head. I have only had one shower with this new shower head, and I am very enthusiastic about it. Even though it has the same gpm as the old shower head, the experience is markedly different. I had it on the regular spray setting and felt very stimulated and awake afterwards. I can't wait to try the other settings.
The design is a bit clunky, and that's probably because they are trying to get a lot of functionality into a small volume.

I like the length of hose and the massage pressure of the water. I had a fall that crushed all discs in lower lumbar and this massage is great.
Being partially disabled I have to some times use a chair in the shower due to not being able to stand for long. The long hose and the great massage with really good water pressure helps my back and helps me to shampoo my hair with out nearly falling over. I love this and recommend people with weak back or legs to invest in this. We are planning on adding a bathroom down stairs and we will purchase another one of these ourselves.

Q&A
Adjustment Angle
Our plumbing supplier had us purchase an In2ition head which does not angle down very much for our needs due to our small 3x3 shower. The stream bounces off the glass at the lowest angle. It is mounted on a shower arm. They have agreed to exchange for another unit. How much does this unit angle down? The picture doesn't give a clear indication that I would be able to point this in a more downward direction so that the stream hits in the shower base, not the glass or wall tiles.
Hi Mary T, Thank you for your question!
The U3401-PK mount that is included with the 54445-Pk Adjust about 30 degrees.

For the stainless finish, what is the handheld shower material? Actual stainless steel or plastic with the stainless look?
Hi, AmyR!
Thank you for your question. All of our current hand showers are non-metallic. This helps prevent heat transfer that could result in scalding and reduce weight. Non-metallic parts are also beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode. Please know that all of our products are tested to ensure long-lasting use and have a Lifetime Limited Warranty.
Best Regards,
Rosanna

Flow restrictor
I live where the water pressure is only about 45 PSI. I have one of your 5-settings hand-held shower heads.
I can see the flow restrictor in the "handle" of the head, but can you tell me how to remove it?
Dear BobbyT,
Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta H2Okinetic 5-Setting Hand Shower 55445 has a flow rate of 2 GPM at 80 PSI. All manufacturers of faucets are required to put “restrictors” in their products. The removal of such water conservation devices would void the warranty of the product. In addition, we would suggest checking with your local municipality to see if there are restrictions for not using the water conservation devices the manufacturer puts in place.
If you are having a low flow issue, you will want to check for debris accumulation and flush any potential debris from the faucet and supplies.
Best regards,
Tanya
