Hi, AmyR! Thank you for your question. All of our current hand showers are non-metallic. This helps prevent heat transfer that could result in scalding and reduce weight. Non-metallic parts are also beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode. Please know that all of our products are tested to ensure long-lasting use and have a Lifetime Limited Warranty. Can I use This hand shower with an Addison Valve Trim Only?

In the specifications sheet for this hand shower I red: &quot; For use with automatic compensating valves rated at 1.5 gpm or less&quot;. Thank you!!!

Hi Ana, Thank you for your question. You can use the model 54445-PK shower arm mount handshower with the Addison valve trim only model T14092. You will have to also order the RP6023 shower arm and RP6025 shower arm flange to attach the showerhead as the parts do not come with the valve only trim. Thanks, Dave

Hello, Is it possible to purchase the connector piece separately? I'm talking about the piece that is 1/2&quot; and transitions to a larger diameter and connects directly to the shower arm. My boyfriend somehow left this in our old apartment when we moved.

Flow restrictor

I live where the water pressure is only about 45 PSI. I have one of your 5-settings hand-held shower heads. I can see the flow restrictor in the &quot;handle&quot; of the head, but can you tell me how to remove it?

Dear BobbyT, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta H2Okinetic 5-Setting Hand Shower 55445 has a flow rate of 2 GPM at 80 PSI. All manufacturers of faucets are required to put &ldquo;restrictors&rdquo; in their products. The removal of such water conservation devices would void the warranty of the product. In addition, we would suggest checking with your local municipality to see if there are restrictions for not using the water conservation devices the manufacturer puts in place. If you are having a low flow issue, you will want to check for debris accumulation and flush any potential debris from the faucet and supplies. Best regards, Tanya
