sturdy, well designed shower head
I noticed several reviews that stated that the magnet holding the shower head in place was inadequate, but I have not experienced that problem. While I haven't had this shower head for very long, it seems to be very good quality and it stays put in its holder.

Great Option
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We always recommend Delta faucets to our customers for their quality, multiple options and availability. This hand shower matched perfectly with the valve trim and provided an array of showering options. The fact that it can be used as the main shower head was a huge cost savings for our customer.

Great product
Great product easy to install. Only negative is the handle hits the wall since the mounting pipe doesn’t quite stick out far enough. We keep it tilted at a slight angle which works great.

Good looking and installs easily
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice finish and easy installation. My only complaint is that reduction in water flow is significant. Caution is given regarding removal of restricter in the installation guide but I see in reviews others have done this with no negative result. I’m on a well with 30-50 pounds pressure and warn anyone with similar situation before purchasing.

Bad Magnet; it falls!
Work for a GC and installed this product in a client's home per their selection and the plumbing supply company we work with. Now that client is in the home and using the shower she is complaining about the magnet being weak and falling repeatedly while trying to change flow of water. She is very upset as it has almost hit her several times and surely could hit someone in the future. Design flaw as others are reporting.

Great idea, poor execution
We wanted Delta products throughout our new home and have been mostly very satisfied but this shower head is poorly designed. It is in our guest bathroom so it does not get a lot of use which is probably good since it becomes dislodged easily and has already broken one tile in the custom bath enclosure. I’ve used it a few times to try and figure out if there is a user problem but that is not the issue. The magnet retention system is finicky and not strong enough to hold the shower head when the hose is bumped when turning around in the shower. Needless to say I’m disappointed and expected more from Delta.

Can the water save feature be removed from this hand held unit, and if so, will the pressure increase?

No, we do not recommend removing the flow restrictor inside any of our showerheads or hand showers. Any modifications to our products will void any available warranties on the products.

Can you buy an additional magnet mount, so you can place the shower head in another place in the shower.
