Works well
I purchased this for my daughter's new home. My husband installed it quite easily and the magnetic docking works very well without having to push on the pipes. The multiple functions of spray all work well, and my daughter is very happy with it. I purchased it in the bronze version and I was a little disappointed that the color is quite dark and not as warm a color as the other fixtures in the bathroom. Not a big deal, but just wanted to let you know it looks more black than brown.

This is such a nice shower head. I love the multiple pressure functions. It looks very “lux” & the hose to head functions are very simple. It was very simple to install.

well-made with great spray settings
this is a great product- very sturdy plus a really powerful magnet holds the showerhead in place. there are 7 settings and the flow is water efficient. the settings range from focused and powerful to rainlike and gentle.
there are inly two negatives: the showerhead is rather heavy, so if you have arthritic hands it might be hard to hold. the other drawback in my own shower is that because it attaches at the head, it make the showerhead too short for my tall self.
this would be a great purchase if your shower is already tall and you are looking for a well-made hand-held shower.

This is a solid quality shower head. Easily attached and has great water pressure. The color of the metal is very stylish. The feature to bring down the shower head is great for washing dogs and such.

For bigger showers
This shower head is MASSIVE. I was shocked at how big it was. The multiple setting are controlled with a pushable lever/dial on the handle. It has a subtle click into place as you get to each setting, but it's really easy to accidentally push it past the setting, which can be annoying. Because of its design, it's definitely for a place with decent shower pressure, others it will be very weak. Easy installation, although you do need strong hands (or take the risk of using a tool) Overall a great product.

Luxury shower head and experience!
This shower head is fantastic. I love that it has 7 different sprays and that it is magnetic which makes it so easy to remove and place back. This also is so easy to clean. If you are thinking of replacing your shower head you can't go wrong with this brand and model.

Do you use thread seal tape to install or not? One place shows it and the installation instructions say don't use it.

It smells, how to take apart to clean?

It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue with the 7-Setting SureDock Magnetic Hand Shower MODEL#: 54910-PR-PK. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and repeat with the second line. If this does not help, please let us know.
