Reliable Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No complaints from the customer. Hose is quite flexible unlike other brand names that remain kinked from packaging. Only improvement to this package would be a solid metal holder as opposed to plastic.

Leaks after a few years
So we changed our whole house to Delta fixtures during an extensive remodel 4 years ago. Most fixtures have held up well, with the exception of this shower head. The head has started leaking from a round the control that changes the spray pattern. According to the parts list the head itself is not serviceable and has to be replaced as a unit. We will be calling to see if it will be replaced under Delta's warranty.

the hand shower looks and works great. the hose however has lost some of its coating (paint/stain?) and the silver aluminum shows off. poor quality. this happened after only about a couple of months after installation. gave 4 stars for functionality

product was as described. was easy to enstall and works as it should. the bronze finish is quite striking and matches the other pieces perfect. this is in a large walk in shower and the size looks really good. great for washing down the walls etc.

I have had this shower head and bar for over 4 years now. The installer said that the hose would eventually relax, but to this day it remains kinked and inflexible. Is there a higher grade replacement hose for this unit? If so, is it difficult to change?

Trying to remove wall mount bracket. Is there a set screw at the bottom and if so, what size?

To remove the wall mount bracket, you must follow the instructions on page four in reverse order. To add this hand shower to a T17T297-RB Cassidy™ shower trim kit, you would need to connect the hand shower hose to a diverter. I recommend the model T11897-RBLHP Cassidy diverter with your choice of handle.
