Reliable Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No complaints from the customer. Hose is quite flexible unlike other brand names that remain kinked from packaging. Only improvement to this package would be a solid metal holder as opposed to plastic.

Leaks after a few years
So we changed our whole house to Delta fixtures during an extensive remodel 4 years ago. Most fixtures have held up well, with the exception of this shower head. The head has started leaking from a round the control that changes the spray pattern. According to the parts list the head itself is not serviceable and has to be replaced as a unit. We will be calling to see if it will be replaced under Delta's warranty.

the hand shower looks and works great. the hose however has lost some of its coating (paint/stain?) and the silver aluminum shows off. poor quality. this happened after only about a couple of months after installation. gave 4 stars for functionality

Can this be used on an arm mount instead of wall mounting. I saw a post that stated the wall mount fell off. How is it attached to the wall? Thanks

Thank you for your inquiry! The hand shower of the Delta 3-Setting Wall Mount 55021 faucet can be used with any of the Delta shower arm or slide bar hand shower mounts. All of the hand showers units are interchangeable with all of the mounts. This Wall mount is attached to the wall with the provided bracket and screws. Please see page 4 "Wall Mount" directions in the Maintenance/Installation document link below.

once the the wall mount bracket has been installed how can it be removed and placed in a different / higher location on the same wall

Thank you for your question. To move the wall mount that comes with the Handshower model 55021-CZ unit, you would have to remove/uninstall the wall mount and its mounting hardware completely and fully reinstall the unit in the new area/location.

To add this hand shower to a T17T297-RB Cassidy™ shower trim kit, you would need to connect the hand shower hose to a diverter. I recommend the model T11897-RBLHP Cassidy diverter with your choice of handle.
