Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad wall mount-shower head crashes to ground! We have had this shower head for less than a year and about 3 months ago, it began literally popping out of the wall mounted bracket and slamming to the floor? We have expensive seamless glass shower doors and are fearful it will someday chip or crack the glass? It has gotten worse over time? Now we have to tie it up with a hair tie! Just awful! we are looking for a replacement-save your money-don't buy this product

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a good design I found this hand shower to be clumsy to hold, too heavy, and none of the spray patterns were suitable for a hand shower. After a week, I replaced it with a simpler model with a more comfortable grip. Also, the hose is plastic made to look like stainless. It is too stiff and makes the hand shower even more clumsy to use than it ought to be.

Delta 55021-RB Venetian Bronze

Can I just buy the shower head only ? My dog trashed it... I know. My dog ate my homework too. It is a 5 pattern spray head and so many of these sites list it as a 3 and a 5 pattern spray head. If you can just give me the model number. I can search for it ?? Maybe ???

The spray quality on this handheld shower head is going down, and I expect there is mineral buildup blocking water flow. How can I clean the shower head?

Hello Court, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta Premium Adjustable 3-Setting Wall Mount Hand Shower. I will be happy to assist you today. The recommended cleaning technique for our shower heads and hand showers is relatively simple. Just uninstall and soak the entire hand held wand in a solution of 50/50 white vinegar and water for a few hours to break down any debris or mineral deposits which may have built up in the hand shower during the installation process or over time in general and make sure to flush out the head by running warm water through the unit for a few minutes. I have had this shower head and bar for over 4 years now. The installer said that the hose would eventually relax, but to this day it remains kinked and inflexible. Is there a higher grade replacement hose for this unit? If so, is it difficult to change?

Trying to remove wall mount bracket. Is there a set screw at the bottom and if so, what size?

To remove the wall mount bracket, you must follow the instructions on page four in reverse order. Is it possible to just purchase the handpiece ? We have a monitor series shower Plus hand held shower nozzle. This handheld piece has been damaged and needs to  be replaced.
