Is there a water flow restrictor on this handheld shower head? If yes, can it be removed?

Does this item fit the same delta guts for a wall mount tub?

We just had our bathroom renovated and used the Delta Dryden series. The sliding bar hand held unit is #55051. Unfortunately it only has about half the water pressure as the shower head. Is there an adjustment for this? Also are product user manua
