Beautiful and functional
I love having this hand-held in addition to my main shower head. I am able to wash my dogs more easily, and clean the shower more effectively. The brushed nickel finish is fabulous!

Almost Perfect
Love the multi-function features. The head itself is larger than I anticipated so it's a little less discreet than I was envisioning, but overall it's a great added bonus in the shower.

Making good on a purchase mistake
We were moving into a new home, and before hand purchased 2 new shower heads to replace those that came with the house. We just needed a hand held attachment that would attach to the pipe coming out of the wall. When trying to attach the new head, we found that we had purchased the wrong model. We had ordered the type that (I guess) attached to a side wall to hold the head.
We called Delta to review the situation and quickly found out what was wrong. The agent spent time in determining what we needed, really just the connection that would attach to the water pipe. It was ordered and all was good.
Delta stands behind their products, as we have found in other cases.

Can you tell me the weights of the following products? Delta #59355-PK and Delta 55445 H2O kinetic. Also does the weight include the hose or just the wand/showerhead? Thank you.

Flow restrictor
I live where the water pressure is only about 45 PSI. I have one of your 5-settings hand-held shower heads.
I can see the flow restrictor in the "handle" of the head, but can you tell me how to remove it?

Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta H2Okinetic 5-Setting Hand Shower 55445 has a flow rate of 2 GPM at 80 PSI. All manufacturers of faucets are required to put “restrictors” in their products. The removal of such water conservation devices would void the warranty of the product. In addition, we would suggest checking with your local municipality to see if there are restrictions for not using the water conservation devices the manufacturer puts in place.
If you are having a low flow issue, you will want to check for debris accumulation and flush any potential debris from the faucet and supplies.

Does this come with the hose and adjustable wall mount? Do I also need the Wall Elbow if this is plumbed to a diverter?

Can this be connected to a spout if so what one to buy
Hi Andrea, Thank you for your question. We offer 3 different diverter tub spouts with the hand shower connection but none are offered in the venetian bronze finish that will match the 55445-RB wall mount hand shower. The U1010-PK, U1072-PK, and RP3914 all the models available.

For the stainless finish, what is the handheld shower material? Actual stainless steel or plastic with the stainless look?

Thank you for your question. All of our current hand showers are non-metallic. This helps prevent heat transfer that could result in scalding and reduce weight. Non-metallic parts are also beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode. Please know that all of our products are tested to ensure long-lasting use and have a Lifetime Limited Warranty.

I want to replace my old handheld shower head only. The hose will remain. Is this a universal fit (1/2 inch) to just screw into the existing hose?

Thank you for your question. Our Delta hand showers are 1/2" connections. A new Delta hand shower can be installed on an existing Delta hose assembly.
