Rated 5 out of 5 by from Making good on a purchase mistake We were moving into a new home, and before hand purchased 2 new shower heads to replace those that came with the house. We just needed a hand held attachment that would attach to the pipe coming out of the wall. When trying to attach the new head, we found that we had purchased the wrong model. We had ordered the type that (I guess) attached to a side wall to hold the head. We called Delta to review the situation and quickly found out what was wrong. The agent spent time in determining what we needed, really just the connection that would attach to the water pipe. It was ordered and all was good. Delta stands behind their products, as we have found in other cases.

Will this fit into a 3way diverter shower mount delta product U4920-PK?

You will have to also order the RP6023 shower arm and RP6025 shower arm flange to attach the showerhead as the parts do not come with the valve only trim. Thanks, Dave

Adjustment Angle

Our plumbing supplier had us purchase an In2ition head which does not angle down very much for our needs due to our small 3x3 shower. The stream bounces off the glass at the lowest angle. It is mounted on a shower arm. They have agreed to exchange for another unit. How much does this unit angle down? The picture doesn't give a clear indication that I would be able to point this in a more downward direction so that the stream hits in the shower base, not the glass or wall tiles.

We've had this hand held shower for a few years now and it's the best we've ever experienced. Unfortunately, the adjustment lever has become extremely difficult to move. Can it be cleaned or lubricated to make it easier to adjust?
