Button that changes the water flow settings stopped working.
I bought this unit three times from Home Depot. After about 4-6 months of use the button that changes the water flow settings stopped working. Now it is stuck between two settings and I just get a weak, bland shower experience. This happened with three of the same units. Not happy and won't buy again due to poor product design. Three strikes, you're out.

What an improvement!
I had a 2011 Delta hand-held 2.0 gpm shower head. I have only had one shower with this new shower head, and I am very enthusiastic about it. Even though it has the same gpm as the old shower head, the experience is markedly different. I had it on the regular spray setting and felt very stimulated and awake afterwards. I can't wait to try the other settings.
The design is a bit clunky, and that's probably because they are trying to get a lot of functionality into a small volume.

I like the length of hose and the massage pressure of the water. I had a fall that crushed all discs in lower lumbar and this massage is great.
Being partially disabled I have to some times use a chair in the shower due to not being able to stand for long. The long hose and the great massage with really good water pressure helps my back and helps me to shampoo my hair with out nearly falling over. I love this and recommend people with weak back or legs to invest in this. We are planning on adding a bathroom down stairs and we will purchase another one of these ourselves.

Flow restrictor
I live where the water pressure is only about 45 PSI. I have one of your 5-settings hand-held shower heads.
I can see the flow restrictor in the "handle" of the head, but can you tell me how to remove it?

Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta H2Okinetic 5-Setting Hand Shower 55445 has a flow rate of 2 GPM at 80 PSI. All manufacturers of faucets are required to put “restrictors” in their products. The removal of such water conservation devices would void the warranty of the product. In addition, we would suggest checking with your local municipality to see if there are restrictions for not using the water conservation devices the manufacturer puts in place.
If you are having a low flow issue, you will want to check for debris accumulation and flush any potential debris from the faucet and supplies.

Does this come with the hose and adjustable wall mount? Do I also need the Wall Elbow if this is plumbed to a diverter?

Can this be connected to a spout if so what one to buy
Hi Andrea, Thank you for your question. We offer 3 different diverter tub spouts with the hand shower connection but none are offered in the venetian bronze finish that will match the 55445-RB wall mount hand shower. The U1010-PK, U1072-PK, and RP3914 all the models available.

For the stainless finish, what is the handheld shower material? Actual stainless steel or plastic with the stainless look?

I want to replace my old handheld shower head only. The hose will remain. Is this a universal fit (1/2 inch) to just screw into the existing hose?
