Top cap falls off constantly
Since I purchased the item, the top cap will not stay on. Every time I use the handheld unit, I snap it on firmly, but it falls off without being dropped or banged against anything and I’m constantly having to locate it on the floor of my shower. Pretty disappointing at this price point.

Sleek modern look
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the simplicity and modern look of the square shower arm, it goes perfect with the whole vero set. Its not bulky or outdated like some of the other brands I looked at. Easy to install- I recommend putting the shower arm nearby the holder and hose. I am so happy we chose to also get the hand shower as a three piece set ( incl. tub spout and rain shower head) makes a statement especially if you choose a modern tile for the shower.

It's got the look
The Delta shower package has the contemporary look I wanted with all the functions my spouse was looking for. We're very happy with these products, as was the plumber who installed them. These were much more straight-forward than the products for our bathtub.

Really prett & well made
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our water has not been turned on in our new home yet so I can't speak as to how the water pressure is or how the water pattern is from the sprayer. I can say that the plumber installed this easily and says it's well made like all Delta fixtures. This is very pretty and feels sturdy in the hand. The hose seems well made too. We did neglect to initially buy the supply elbow that is required for installation so don't forget it when you order.

i am purchasing the T17261 shower diverter and the valve R10000-UNBX in chrome finish.
i would like to utilize the wall mount sprayer 55530.
it appears i need the 50570 sq elbow also.
please provide a complete parts list for this installation.

Hi Scott, Thank you for your question. You have most of what you need correct. The T17261 trim goes with the R10000-UNBX to give you a complete faucet to start. The wall mount handshower model 55530 will need wall elbow 50570. The only parts missing are the diverter that will allow you to use the fixed and handheld showerheads together or individually. The trim would be the model T11861 and the rough the R11000 that will match the Compel series of the other trim.

I’m looking for a slim hand wand like the Vero collection in Venetian bronze with matching shower head and 3 way diverter and valve. Prefer the square deserter and shower head.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T17253-RBH2O can be used with the handshower 55530-RB with a few additions. We recommend the R10000-UNBXHF for your valve to match with the T17253-RBH2O. You will also need the R11000 diverter rough-in with the T11853-RB diverter trim. The last peice we recommend is a wall elbow-model # 50570-RB.

What parts do I need to order to go with this
I want to order the Delta T17253 Vero Monitor 17 Series Shower Trim with Volume Control and Single Function Showerhead and add the Vero wall-mount had shower 55530 next to it. What parts do I need to order in order to complete the project? Thank you.

Thank you for your question. Lets start with the Vero T17253 trim, add to this the R10000-UNBXHF Multichoice Universal High-flow Shower Rough. That completes that unit. For the handshower Model 55530 you will need to add the wall elbow model 50570. You will also need the R11000 diverter rough, and the T11853 3 setting diverter trim. This will allow you to use the 2 showerheads seperately or at the same time.

Will the shower connection work with the following Delta Products?
I am trying to connect this product through this diverted (U4922-PK) to the RP51032 Shower Head. Is this something that will work together.

The top part of the head came off and it must of went down drain because I cannot find it. Can that part be replaced??

Can I remove the water saver. Not enough water pressure
I am looking at pairing together 55530 wall mount hand held with Ashlyn T17264 shower trim. 50570 sq elbow. Will the ashlyn 2 port diverter 11864 work with this? Or 11853? Two valves needed?

The T11853 ASHLYN® 3-Setting 2-Port Diverter Trim will work with the hand shower and the showerhead. It has two individual settings and one shared setting. The R11000 diverter valve, sold separately, would be plumbed to the wall elbow for the hand shower and the shower arm for the showerhead.
The only other part needed would be the MultiChoice valve R10000 for the T17264 shower trim, if one is not already installed.

We ordered the 55530-as and the holder for the hand held didn’t come with a gasket for the square flange. Based on what we have the square flange would have to mount directly onto the tile with no water proofing gasket material. Is this correct?

Our hand shower mount 55530 does not require a gasket against the wall. Our hand shower mount includes the anchors, flange, screws, base, cover, nut, and mount.
