Cheap plastic hand shower
We just installed this in a newly renovated bath and I'm completely underwhelmed with it. While it looks good it is plastic so the light weight is the first indication that you've purchased some junk. The one spray setting shoots out 4 little sprigs of water that don't really do much. I think any random hand shower at Lowes would out perform this. I'll be looking for a replacement.

Q&A
I would like to install this as a standalone handshower for a mudroom sink/tub. No showerhead or tubspout. Is this possible? And what rough-in/cartridge/trim etc models would work for a stand-alone installation?

The hand shower is compatible with the any of out trims and R10000 valve. The cartridge is included with the trim.

With purchasing this hand wand is it the full assembly to plug and play for install?

This hand shower includes the wall mount holder and a hose.
The hose has a 1/2" threaded connection for a wall elbow or shower arm diverter, sold separately.

Unfortunately this wall mount hand shower does not come with a elbow, you would have to purchase it separately. The elbow that would match is 50570, please see the link below.

Looking at purchasing the 55567 hand held shower head. Will this head work with Delta U4985-BL-PK, or what elbow needs to be purchased, if there the wall mounting bracket is included. Thanks!

Yes, this could be used with U4985-BL-PK mount and elbow instead of the included mount without elbow. Or, a separate elbow like 50570-BL could be used.
