Danger does not come with supply elbow in the pic
Purchased this for a big install this weekend only to find out I don't have what I need as no supply elbow is included. Don't let this happen to you!

Why did this item need to be recertified? Does it come with Delta warranty? Does the purchase come with all I need for installation? Ie: valves, elbow eta.

Delta Recertified products are returned, unused items that include all parts, and have been inspected to meet our quality standards – no dents, scratches, or blemishes. The packaging may have stickers and minor flaws, or the product may be completely repackaged.
This includes the hand shower, slide bar, and hose. A wall elbow or shower valve is not included.
