Nice unit. Love it.
I lost the hardware kit and ordered per the parts list on Delta's website. FYI, Hardware kit RP64149 for Delta 57021SS is NOT correct.

Low pressure

Pet Shower
Will this work good in a small 36x36 Pet Shower? It will be raised off the floor but overall 9' ceiling.
That bar or hose won't be too long for this small space?

This model does not include a shower elbow or a separate hand shower mount. It does include the handheld wand, hose, and wall bar with an adjustable hand shower mount that is secured to the bar. Here are three shower elbow models that have a similar style to this hand shower: 50560-SS, 50570-SS (cubicle), and U4980-SS-PK. If you are interested in purchasing a separate wall mount for your hand shower I would recommend model RP61294SS as it has a similar style to this hand shower.

Is it preferable to mount this to a stud and drill through tile or to mount using anchors and drill through grout? The instructions say for ceramic tile to drill holes in grout if possible and use anchors but this seems less secure.

Can you adjust spray angle of showerhead .Model 57021

You may make an adjustment on the hand shower mount. To make an adjustment on the hand shower mount, you may need to remove the plug to loosen the screw within the mount if the mount is too tight to adjust by hand.

What is the adjustment range
Our old removable shower head could not be adjusted downward enough to stand directly under the shower head. What is the range of angular adjustment for this one?

Hose attachment
I currently own a Kohler shower with a shower head that contains a diverter at the base and would like to replace my hand shower with the Delta slide bar hand shower. The diverter has a 1/2" NPT screw attachment. Can you tell me the size of the hand shower hose and whether they can be connected without an adapter?

How does one clean out the shower head?

Thank you for your question regarding how to clean the Delta Premium 3-Setting Slide Bar Hand Shower.
I am happy to assist you today.
We recommend soaking our shower heads and hand showers in a solution of 50/50 (or up to 75/25) white vinegar and water for a few hours (or overnight) and flush the shower head for a few minutes.
If you notice that the shower head still has more build up, you may use a soft head tooth brush to scrub lightly near the rubber nubbins.

I am installing a delta R10000-UNWS rough in shower valve and I also want to install a hand held shower with a slide bar. Is this the right shower

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 57021 is a hand shower that can be used in place of your stationary showerhead or as an addition to your showerhead. You will need to purchase trim for your Delta Faucet model # R10000-UNBX to match your handshower. If you are using just the handshower, then purchase a valve only model.
If you are using a showerhead along with the handshower, then your will need the R11000 diverter rough-in valve along with the matching trim to your showerhead to divert the water to your handheld shower.

The slide mechanism no longer holds the sprayer up. It will fall heads down every time. My retailer says I need part #RP64155 but I do not see it on here.

Can you control the strenght of the spray (how much water is being pushed through at one time) with model number 57021?
Thank you for your question Pamela24! The flow rate of the hand shower is 1.75 gpm (gallons per minute) @ 80 psi. There are three spray settings to adjust the spray pattern. Full Body Spray, Massaging Spray, Drenching Spray.

How do you turn on the hand held shower head if you have this installed in a shower (not tub)

Our Delta Faucet would require an elbow and has two options for installation.

Purchase an R11000 rough end and T11800 trim kit, please see the link below to the rough and trim. This would also require you to add two holes in the wall for plumbing.

As you mount it, can you have the shower head be on either sides or is it designed so it can only be one side? We would like the shower head to sit on the left looking at it but it appears it can only be on the right?
