disappointed in finish
The product itself is good however the black matte finish is not a good choice! If you have hard water even with a water softener it shows hard water spots and lines in addition to the finish chipping off even when you use approved cleaners. My faucet and drain are only 1 1/2 years old and I am having to work with the company to have a replacement sent due to chipping off of the finish.

terrible flow rate
These look great but the flow rate is awful, and it is due to the tiny supply lines they provided, wish I would have read the reviews before having my contractor order them, for as much as delta charges and a great name they sure missed the mark on this product.

Disappointing water flow
This faucet dispense water at much slower speed then other 1.2gpm including the ones from Delta. Very disappointed with trickling water flow as this is not a cheap product. Recently ordered Delta Kendari 1.2gpm for other bathrooms which seems to work fine. Pictures attached for comparison. Would not recommend this.

Nice looking on the outside - functionally a terrible product. Water flow pulsates - like air in the flow. Stream is very loud - not smooth at all.

This is a nice faucet for my bathroom it was a little bit more difficult to Install then some of the other faucets that we've had installed.It has a lot more function to it then what I would think was needed in the bathroom

Increase the flow of water

If the flow rate is less than the expected 1.2 gpm, we recommend cleaning the aerator, the flow restrictor, and the screen. See the faucet manual for more information:

How does the drain stopper work?

What size aerator tool would I need to replace the aerator for model # 571-BLMPU-DST ? None of the standard tools from our local hardware store do not work.
