Does the water flow begin when you turn on your other water in the shower or can it be run separately?
Thank you for your question, Rita! The 57140-BL25-L Pendant Raincan Shower Head will turn on once the handle is turned to the "On" position provided this is the only shower head you have this valve plumbed to. If your mixing valve is connected to a diverter valve such as the R11000 valve, you will be able to divert to another shower head, hand shower or body jet separately.

Could you provide more information on the lighting component? What is the light output (lumens) of the LED, and what is the color temperature (3000K, something else)?

I understand this Pendant Raincan Shower Head is to be utilized with a 9 ft ceiling. What happens if it is used with an 8 ft ceiling?

Thank you for your question. We recommend to install the Delta 5710-25-L shower head on a 9 ft ceiling or taller as the total length of the unit is 14"(356 mm).This may hang too low on a lower ceiling. This also has our H2OKinetic engines that lets the spray spread outward a bit for better coverage.The shower pendant can be installed on a lower ceiling but it may not be as comfortable for someone who is not shorter.

When you talk about warmth what exactly do you mean? It doesn't increase the temperature of the water, does it? I have a big shower and am looking for a way to warm up the air.

Each of the three lights is fully adjustable, but there are no instructions on how to adjust them. How do you adjust them?

Is a10 foot ceiling too high for this shower head?

Yes, this showerhead can be used with a 10' ceiling. We recommend a ceiling height of at least 9' and the pendants are adjustable for the perfect coverage. The H2Okinetic spray is designed to retain more warmth in the spray.
