Top cap falls off constantly
Since I purchased the item, the top cap will not stay on. Every time I use the handheld unit, I snap it on firmly, but it falls off without being dropped or banged against anything and I’m constantly having to locate it on the floor of my shower. Pretty disappointing at this price point.

Long term issues with Vero hand shower
I have had this shower system in Brilliance Stainless, (hand shower with slide bar, and rain shower for almost 10 years. Love the design, but almost exclusively use the mounted hand shower. Over time the supply hose has become pinched due to close fit to the wall. Is there some angled fitting that can be used with hand shower when using the wall mount? Or do I just replace the hose?

Confusing... I want to have a shower head and a handheld. I got 57530, T11853, T17253, R10000-UNBX. Do I need to buy 2 of the same rough valve (1 to switch between shower head and handhelds, another to turn water on)? What else do I need?

Thank you for your question. I'm sorry for any confusion! The T11853 trim will require an R11000 Diverter Rough-In Valve. You will also need a supply elbow for the hand shower such as the 50570. This are the only other parts you need to complete the shower system.

The hand shower head looks small. Does it deliver enough water to be useful? How does the flow compare to other larger handshowers?

Thank you for your question. The Delta 57530 hand shower unit does give a Full Body Spray along with a flow rate of 1.75 gpm @ 80 psi. The unit is Water-Efficient and WaterSense® Labeled. WaterSense® labeled showers use at least 20% less water than the industry standard—saving you money without compromising performance.

Does this have a removable flow restrictor?
Thank you for your question, RICHARD. The hand shower is currently designed to provide 1.75 gpm @ 80 psi. We do not recommend removing or modifying the flow restrictor.

Can you add a handshower to a regular shower/tub system?
I would like to purchase a complete Delta Shower/Bath system. However, in addition to a regular shower head and tub filler, I would like to add a Deltal Slide Bar Handshower. Can I have all THREE items in my tub/shower. Note that I am completely gutting my bathroom and need a diverter also. Can you also tell me what diverter to purchase to install all these items if this is possible? Thanks, Andrew

Thank you for your question. To add a handshower for use in conjunction with Delta Faucet model #T17T453 or model #T14453, our diverter rough-in (Delta part #R11000)will need to be installed along with the trim piece (Delta part #T11853). This trim piece is the 3-setting, 2-port diverter.

Can the Delta Vero shower mount be rotated such that when the showerhead sits in the mount the angle of the water spray can be adjusted

is the 57530 come with wall elbow?
Hi Max, Thank you for your question. The 57560 does not come with the wall elbow. Model 50570 is the square wall elbow that coordinates with this style of handshower.

Yes, this handheld system will require some sort of wall supply elbow.
