Every time I use the handheld unit, I snap it on firmly, but it falls off without being dropped or banged against anything and I’m constantly having to locate it on the floor of my shower. Pretty disappointing at this price point.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Long term issues with Vero hand shower I have had this shower system in Brilliance Stainless, (hand shower with slide bar, and rain shower for almost 10 years. Love the design, but almost exclusively use the mounted hand shower. Over time the supply hose has become pinched due to close fit to the wall. Is there some angled fitting that can be used with hand shower when using the wall mount? Or do I just replace the hose?

How do I adjust the angle and height of the handheld on the slide bar? My plumber is gone and I need to adjust it but it’s locked in place. There must be some screws I can get to. Is there a diagram? Thanks

Can I order this unit with the 59799-CZ-PR-PK or 55140-CZ handheld? Do both have “pause”? I have Vero and want them to match but prefer the H2OKinetic features and the Lumicoat finish if possible. Otherwise, will the 51799-CZ-PR match the Vero?

How to keep clean, what cleaning solution should be used?

Hi Stainless, Thank you for your question! To clean, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth and blot dry with a soft towel. Stubborn hard water spots are best avoided by this daily regime. If extra measures are needed, a solution of 50% distilled white vinegar (not apple cider or balsamic vinegar) and water could be used by wiping, spraying or soaking. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward and wipe dry. If additional cleaning is required the following products are safe to use on all Delta Faucet finishes, when used according to the manufacturers’ instructions for use: Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner Fantastik® All-Purpose Cleaner Windex® Original Glass Cleaner Other gentle all-purpose or multi-surface cleaners may also be used. The bottom of the Slide Bar is rusted. What is the part number for the "Slide Bar" and attachment hardware only?

I removed the shower head to use the hose for something and when I reattached the shower head it is leaking everywhere. Leaks coming from both sides of the cone shaped nut. What am I doing wrong?

We just received the replacement #RP64239SSPR slide mechanism. After installation, the hose will fit in the open slot but the base of the hand held shower will not fit in the “half moon” slot.
