Leaks and Sprays
We have the exact same problem as Ds7232. It leaks from the top, and the water just sprays all over. We bought it in April, and it was installed about June. Within a few months we stopped using that shower. Where specifically should we request a warranty repair or replacement? Thanks

I spent a lot of money switching to a rainhead shower and it’s been very disappointing. I have this section as part of a kit with shower bar and tub spout. The head leaks through the back/top panel creating a mess trying to keep it clean, weird drip spots. The bar also doesn’t come out far enough when part of a tub kit. You have to stand uncomfortably close to spouts/walls unless angle the head which defeats the purpose. Horrible design and quality, massive waste of money.

Fantastic shower head!!

Can I get a long shower arm? 20 inches?
Thank you for your question, Brandon. The RP46870 and RP61273 are 16". Our longest shower arm is model number U6930, which extends from 13" to 22".

Is the angle of the showerhead adjustable? How long is the showerhaead arm? What PSI is needed for this showerhead to perform effectively?
How many inches are needed between the showerhead and the top of the head of the person showering to allow the showerhead spray pattern to be a minum of 24 square inches?
Thank you for your questions. Delta Faucet model #57740 does have an adjustable showerhead. The shower arm is 16 inches long. It will have an output of 2.5 gpm at 80 psi. You may not be able to achieve a spray pattern of 24 inches unless you mount the showerhead very high overhead since it is 8 inches across.

Will this shower head work with my existing faucet or do i need to change that also.

Sorry one more question please. Can this shower head be angled instead of facing down? I would much rather have it shooting out in an angle and possibly be on a shorter stem? Sorry it was a two part question.

Can this shower head be installed in conjunction with one of the Delta hand-wand units so you can switch between the raincan and the wand? Do you have a package that includes both (and the hot/cold water valves)? Thanks!

Thank you for your question. The Vero shower head, 57740, can be used with a hand shower by adding a Diverter Trim kit with the Valve Trim kit. We recommend the T11853 Diverter Trim kit. Here is a link to this trim kit on our website:

Does this come with the valve?
Thank you for your question, Mike! Model 57740 is a Raincan Shower Head Assembly only and does not include a valve. As it connects to an existing shower arm, this model can work with any shower installation; however, if a valve is needed, we recommend the R10000-UNBX.
