Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beautiful Sink, Terrible Water Stream I recently purchased two of these faucets for my master bathroom. The sinks are beautiful and very heavy duty/sturdy. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until we’d installed them that we realized how terrible the sink aerator and stream is. The water comes out at such a high pressure and in such small, thin streams that water hits the drain cover and sprays all over the vanity. Washing our hands in the sink is impossible without spraying water all over the place. These sinks were not cheap, and we’re super disappointed in the final product. Unfortunately we’re now stuck with them. I wish we’d known before we spent the time installing and when we still had a chance to return them!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Aerator Design - Sprays Everywhere! I purchased a bunch of these for my new home and I did not read about the aerator before hand. It sprays everywhere and is so messy. I would not have purchased these. The pictures online are fake and not the real version of the stream problem. Delta please help fix this problem and develop a regular solid stream aerator for this Modern version.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty but terrible aerator Purchased this faucet for a powder room refresh. It beautiful, modern, and very stylish. Love the clean lines and the matte black. However, when you turn the faucet on, the stream splashes in and around the basin terribly. I wish that I would of known that this would be an issue. I will try swapping the aerator for a lower flow to see if that helps. In the meantime, we will have to constantly wipe around the basin and walls after use.

If ONLY Delta would offer an alternative to the obnoxious and hard shower-style stream aerator that seems to be the only option available for this faucet, it would be an easy 5-star rating from me! The faucet is beautiful, especially in matte black. It's a shame that water goes everywhere when washing hands or rinsing a brush. I'm not convinced a lower flow 0.5 GPM aerator would be any better, as it presumably has the same shower-style stream. Delta - please give us a normal stream aerator!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Shower spray is terrible The faucet looks nice but the flow is like a shower spray and is messy. I’m not sure if anyone would ever intentionally buy a water flow like this. I wouldn’t if I’d known. The pictures show normal stream water flow and I didn’t see it mentioned anywhere in the description.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks great, spout not long enough I never thought I'd have to check the spout length. I assumed they would all be long enough to reach over the end of the sink. This faucet looks great, but to watch your pants, you will be up against the back of the sink and it's very awkward and not exactly efficient or helpful. I've lived with it for a year because I didn't feel like replacing it, but will be soon. I almost never use that faucet and opt for the kitchen sink instead to wash my hands because it's THAT annoying. I warn any guests too because it's embarrassing how stupid the design is.

The spout is so short I hit my hand on the back of the sink trying to get under the water. I just knew my granite guy misplaced the hole. That wasn’t the case. Having to replace.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks great but water flow is too hard As many other reviews have noted, the aerator supplied with this faucet creates a VERY hard shower type stream that causes spray all over the mirror, walls, and floors when washing your hands. It has done this since brand new and cleaning the aerator (as Delta posted about in a reply to another person’s review) will do nothing. Delta support has not been able to tell me if I can replace this aerator with a more typical stream version. If anyone is able to find a suitable replacement, please reply to this review!

We get a lot of compliments from our company when they use it. The finish is matte black, it's easy to keep it looking clean as it does not show fingerprints or smudges. It feels very smooth, it's easy to use and find the perfect water temperature. It feels solid and heavy, very well made. My husband installed it, he said he had no problems with it. Beautiful faucet!

It was installed by a plumber as we were in the midst of a bathroom renovation so not sure how easy it is to install by yourself, but it doesn't look like it should be too difficult.

We are handy so we were able to install ourselves and the installation was simple and quick. The faucet seems to be very great quality. I installed this faucet on my shop bathroom sink and I love it. The dark finish looks great and helps hide the fact that I don't always wipe it off when I am done. The single handle design is much more convenient than two handles. Everything is included that is needed to install it, including the drain. It is very easy to install without the need of a plumber. The water pressure is about what it was in our last faucet so it's not too bad. Sometimes I feel the pressure is too much and they splash all over, there are no issues with this one doing that. I am so pleased with this faucet. It is honestly one of the best I have had.

And since it’s a Delta, I know it’s good quality and will last a very long time. It wasn’t difficult to install at all!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not up to Delta quality Ordered 3 of these. All 3 were defective; drain assembly leaking in vanity cabinet when sink is used. Had a plumber look at them and he contacted Delta immediately and they said the part was discontinued but sent another part that may work. Parts were backordered so it took several weeks to receive the new parts so they are not yet installed. They are plastic when the original parts were not, but the plumber looked at them and thinks they will work. We really should have just returned the faucets all together, but after all 3 had been installed, we hoped this would be the easier solution.

I used it in my half bathroom and upgraded from the lame contractors faucet piece that they had in there. The handle works great and the water comes out lovely! It's definitely a great add on to any of your bathrooms honestly.

WHat are the differences between 581LF-GPM-PP, 581LF-HGM-PP, and 581LF-PP ?? I see the -GPM faucet uses less water but I dont see any other differences between the other models?

Thank you for your question, Kyle. The model 581LF-PP currently has a maximum flow rate of 1.2 gpm @ 60 psi. GPM models provide 1.0 gpm, and HGM models provide 0.5 gpm at the same psi. repair video or manual for 567LF-PP bathroom faucet.?

Faucet is plug with dirt. Do not see any screen to clean. Other than being able to take the handle off, I can not see how to go further. Please advise

Dear Shy-Hy, Thank you for your question. The aerator of the Delta Modern Lavatory 567LF-PP faucet can be removed for cleaning. We advised cleaning or soaking it in a 50/50 (vinegar/water) for 2-3 minutes. Rinsing with warm water before reinstalling it in the spout.
