Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks nice, doesn't work. Installed this faucet a year ago to replace a matching one that had started leaking. Within a couple of weeks, the handle will not stay up and the faucet will not run unless I jam a lacrosse ball under the handle, which looks broke down and is not really a solution. Have tried replacing the cartridge but the one suggested here is an inch longer than the one that is in this faucet.

I read the description afterwards that these are designed that way...so shame on me. We're looking to replace them with a similar-looking, higher flow model. They're OK for a guest bath, but not the master bathroom. The wife ain't happy at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great faucet that just works! I’m not very handy, but this faucet was easy to install and feels sturdy once it’s in place. The handle moves smoothly and it doesn’t drip, which is really all I want from a bathroom faucet. The matte black finish looks great and hasn’t shown spots or wear, even with regular cleaning. I liked that the matching drain was included so I didn’t have to buy anything extra. It uses less water without affecting pressure, and the limited lifetime warranty gives me peace of mind. Overall, it’s a good looking, dependable faucet that works exactly as it should.

Faucet handle slowly shuts off unless it is all the way up. Is there any way to tigthen or adjust the faucet so this doesn’t happen? Thank you!

There is a set screw on the back of the handle that you can tighten. It is under a small removeable cap. I used a 3/32" allen wrench to tighten it.

Faucet 567LF-PP  just installed but has very low pressure. Flushed both lines before installing.  I did remove the restrictor from the swing clip but that did not improve flow. Is there another restrictor in the handle?

I'd like to get a 1.0 GPM or 1.2 GPM flow regulator and screen to replace the 0.5 GPM that was installed with my 567LF-HGM-PP bathroom faucet.

Does the water come out in a solid stream, or is it like a water fall? We just had these installed and we’re unable to get a solid stream of water. Is this by design or are our faucets defective?

Hello KT905! Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. We apologize for this information not being readily available to you. The Delta Modern Single Handle Project-Pack Bathroom Faucet In Matte Black MODEL#: 581LF-BLGPM-PP should come out as a stream of water. We recommend flushing any new installations. Please follow the instructions below: To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Start with the easy stuff: -Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. -If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is.  -Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow.   -If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. -Next, check the supply lines for debris: -Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.  -Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.  -Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket.  -Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. -Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the cold supply line, through the faucet cartridge and back down the hot water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. After flushing, reconnect the hot water line and repeat this process with the cold-water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies. what is the difference between the different style drain plugs? I want one that is spring loaded to open and close the drain plug - push down a drain plug to close and open. what are those called?

I had two of these faucets installed in my home at the same time. One of them has very low water flow compared to the other. What are some issues I can troubleshoot?

I recommend cleaning the flow regulator and screen in the swing clip hose connection below the sink. While the hose is disconnected, you can place a bucket below the hose and slowly open and close the handle in the mix position to flush the supply lines.
