Shower head stopped working
I bought this about three years ago and the detachable shower head portion no longer sprays. I checked the hose for clogs and water flows just fine, the problem is with the head itself. I’m unable to find a replacement, so I cannot recommend this product.

Within months it’s no longer functioning properly!
Bought this for my father on Feb. 27, 2021 and he loved it... called me today and shared the outside portion of the shower head will no longer provide water. I can’t believe this Delta product has already failed... ugh! I hate when my parents are inconvenienced at their age... gotta get this remedied ASAP.

Removable head is very tight
This is the second In2ition shower head (same model) that we have purchased. The first was when it was under the Alson name.
The new one is giving us some problems when we try to remove it from the base/cradle. It is very tight fitting and seems to be putting a lot of pressure on the base that is attached to the shower arm.
Is there any thing that can me done to loosen up the fit so that it is easier to remove and replace into the cradle?

Delta 58467 Great when younger
I love this shower ,except for I wish I would have waited for the new magnetic heads .I would not recommend this shower for elderly people (my self) that don't reach above there heads as easily as they used to.As you can't just pull the removable spray shower head straight out ,it has to go up and out .I find myself using the bottom of the hose for grip ,and now it is leaking again ,not bad design ,just old person (74) But I love Delta ,I have had a problem once or twice while I have owned it for many years+ You just call and they fix your problem.Would I buy Delta again,of course,I have sold more than one of my neighbors ,as well as family on tour products (all of them are very happy as well.

Water only comes out the middle
We've installed a new 58467 shower with the removable handle. Water comes out the handle part but not the main part. There is nothing in the instructions so we need to know how to make water come out the main part of the shower head.
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 58467 has lever on the front of it that you can use to switch modes and between the hand shower and the stationary shower.

I have this Delta shower head, Delta Classic In2ition® 4-Setting 2-in-1 Shower System - 58467. The plastic lever that switches the water mode has broken because there was too much force required to turn it. Can I order a replacement?

Do we have option to install a long shower arm to extend shower head over our head?
Thank you for your question, Gian! An adjustable shower arm is not tested to support the weight of an In2ition model unfortunately. We do offer longer shower arms if you simply need to extend the shower head away from the wall.

Can I purchase a replacement part
I need the ball connector for model #58467. The connector on my showerhead has cracked. Is a replacement available for purchase? If so where can it be purchased. Thank you, Kevin
I called to ask about the same piece. If it's the plastic part connected to the shower head, then no, but possibly if it's the gold piece.If it's under warranty, they'll replace it for free.

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 58467-SS will be replacing your existing shower head. It should be a standard size showerarm but I am not sure with Moen products.
