The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. I checked the hose for clogs and water flows just fine, the problem is with the head itself. I’m unable to find a replacement, so I cannot recommend this product.

Bought this for my father on Feb. 27, 2021 and he loved it... called me today and shared the outside portion of the shower head will no longer provide water. I can’t believe this Delta product has already failed... ugh! I hate when my parents are inconvenienced at their age... gotta get this remedied ASAP.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Removable head is very tight This is the second In2ition shower head (same model) that we have purchased. The first was when it was under the Alson name. The new one is giving us some problems when we try to remove it from the base/cradle. It is very tight fitting and seems to be putting a lot of pressure on the base that is attached to the shower arm. Is there any thing that can me done to loosen up the fit so that it is easier to remove and replace into the cradle?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delta 58467 Great when younger I love this shower ,except for I wish I would have waited for the new magnetic heads .I would not recommend this shower for elderly people (my self) that don't reach above there heads as easily as they used to.As you can't just pull the removable spray shower head straight out ,it has to go up and out .I find myself using the bottom of the hose for grip ,and now it is leaking again ,not bad design ,just old person (74) But I love Delta ,I have had a problem once or twice while I have owned it for many years+ You just call and they fix your problem.Would I buy Delta again,of course,I have sold more than one of my neighbors ,as well as family on tour products (all of them are very happy as well.

I am replacing this fixture but the faceplate has no visible screws. How do I remove it

Hi DC101, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet 58467 showerhead. The showerhead is uninstalled by unscrewing from the shower arm. The shower valve trim may have a ring covering the screws, or there may be a set screw on the bottom of the faceplate. How do I get a replacement part for my In2ition® 4-Setting Two-In-One Shower In Chrome MODEL#: 58467? The shower wand started leaking at the seam. That's never happened before. I have used this shower head for many years and love it. Please advise.

Does the showerhead swivel on its base to adjust up and down

Where can I buy the part that connects from the arm to the shower head where it swivels for model 58467. The original part is torn (plastic)

What is the best way to clean this shower head? We have had hard time with lime build up & keeping it clean. Actually making the finish look really bad.

Hello Brad S! Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. To clean your Delta 58467-SS shower, we recommend following these cleaning and care procedures: https://www.deltafaucet.com/service-parts/frequently-asked-questions/cleaning-and-care Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward. If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use. Avoid using the following which can damage your finish: Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner. Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents. Avoid harsh abrasives or polishes. How long is the hose when using hand held part of the shower?

Is it possible to just buy a replacement for the wand. I have a great working shower head and the only issue is the adjustment knobs have broken. It works perfectly fine I just need a new wand

Can I replace the handheld portion of the 58467SS >

I've had this shower head installed since 2017. Recently, we're noticing a decrease in flow & pressure from the head in all configurations and settings. Any instructions for internal cleaning & care?

Hello Dave, Thank you for your question. We are happy to help! We would recommend soaking the showerhead in 50/50 white vinegar and water and rinsing afterward. This will dissolve water deposits that may have accumulated. The 58467-SS should only be hand tightened, using a wrench may damage the showerhead. For the In2ition® 4-Setting Two-in-One Shower in Stainless Model#: 58467-SS, is the Universal Valve Body Model #R1000-UNWS a good choice or is there a better option? Also is the 6" Shower Arm & Flange Model #U4993-SS compatible/long enough?
