The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. Love it...but...
Two Week Review: We have a small shower stall (44"Wx36"D). I wish this adjusted down a bit so it would hit the center of shower floor instead of opposite wall. Maybe a more curved shower arm would solve this? Delta, do you have one?

Dual shower head is better than hoped
Dual shower head with multiple settings allows for lovely shower experience. Placed into older kids bathrooms, the have stopped using my shower (winning). You will need to read the instructions once to know how it works, and explain to others, but it’s worth it. Water saver feature, but it doesn’t diminish the water pressure. Great choice for any shower

Poor design
The shower head spray cannot be directed down, 30% max according to Delta. When using some of the settings the spray is hitting the back wall of my shower and the water runs onto the floor. I have an alcove tub design. This might be better suited for a larger shower area.

Wanted to love this
This looks bulbous and frankly ugly from the side. It is also much more plastic-y looking than I might have hoped. Functionally works fine. Not the longest hand wash mechanism to reach the dog all over — but ok. Looks even worse in the fake crass I got as well.

Don’t buy this
My water pressure is at the upper limit and this showerhead barely flows with all water jets activated. Very disappointed for the price. If I remove the flow limiter it voids the warranty. Wish I could return it. My old showerhead had way more jets and the flow from it was great.

Quality product. Takes patience and a bit of practice to learn settings. Once you find a desired setting, it's second nature. Pause feature is relaxing. I'm glad I invested in it.

Amazing Shower
I bought my second Delta Faucet 4-Spray H2Okinetic In2ition about 1 month ago. This faucet provides an amazing and reinvigorating shower. The support works extremely well and it is very concerned with the custumer well being.

Nice alternative to separate units
Very pleased with this shower head. I like that you can turn off flow completely and switch between overhead and handheld for supply. Seems solid in construction and the matte black finish is showing no signs of wear after a month of daily use.

Met every expectation
After having a bad experience with another style of Delta faucet not having good eater pressure, and having to return it, I spoke with Delta customer service. They were great. I wish I’d talked with them on the front end. They recommended I look for Delta faucets with the "H2O kinetic" feature. What a difference. This shower head has excellent pressure, the removable sprayer is easily removed and replaced, and the head has a movable pivot so you can change the angle. It looks great and delivers a great shower. Thanks Delta

Very well made
This is really a quality product. The magnetic feature really works well. There is no problem at all when removing and replacing the head into its housing after a little practice. Installation was as easy as can be. To get the maximum pressure just remove the green water restrictor located behind the the filter on the head. It comes out very easily. I may have to replace mine because the pressure is too strong. I'll wait awhile and may get used to it. I took away one star because of the fixed head. I would have liked the head to swivel up and down to accommodate different showering positions. Other than that this is a very good product.

We just had entire shower redone. Loved our last Delta shower head but bought this one instead. After water is turned off, shower head seems to hold water that continuously drips even after shaking out the hand help device so the shower floor is always wet. Plumber has come out twice and has no idea how to stop this drip.

We purchased this for our bathroom remodel because we wanted the flexibility of just a shower or pull down handheld. (Note: there is also a Brizo. Version if you want to go upscale.)

It leaks
We bought this at PDI and paid too much for it. It is better than the original Moen shower head that came with the new house, but after only limited use it is leaking around the housing of the large part of the head. It also doesn't. angle down enough and hits the wall of the shower stall. It should come with an arm that has a more acute angle. I would send a picture of the leak, but my phone would get wet doing it.

Feels like high pressure

Delta Two In One Shower
Although the water pressure in my house is very good, I am not getting that with this shower head. I am getting fat droplets. I am short, and I cannot get the head to face more downward. This way the water showers all the way to the seat in the shower. I have tried every combination that is offered and none is to my satisfaction.

OK, but not perfect for me
I was talked into this more expensive model (on-line chat) when I could have done with less. The water pressure in my house is such that this is most satisfactory on the setting that only comes out through the center detachable head, so I didn't need the rest. Also, my shower is small with shelves on the wall opposite the fixture. This head can't be aimed down enough to avoid drenching the shelves. This is a problem. It leaked from where the head screws on to the cord at first, but with repeated unscrewing and screwing it back on, we found a degree of not to tight or loose that it doesn't leak. Threads and gasket seem fine, so just keep trying if it leaks.
It is OK, but one half the cost would have done fine and been easier to aim where I want it.

Very nice shower head!
This shower head is one of the nicest I've ever used. We liked it so much at our previous house that we purchased another for our current house. The H2Okinetic aspect of the shower head seems to work well. It doesn't feel like the pressure is reduced at all, but you can tell that there is more coverage. It is also nice having the hand shower to rinse the shower after cleaning. The shower head leaked at first because it was over tightened on the hose connections to the hand shower, but when I took it apart, made sure the gaskets were ok and re-tightened the hose, it worked great. I've only been using the shower head for about 4 months, so I can't really speak to its durability. This shower head is definitely not the cheapest, but I believe it is worth the extra money to have a quality shower head and I would buy another.

Senior use of Delta 58472 Shower
Installed this for my mother who is 90 yrs old so she could sit down and use the attachment head at a lower level. Attached the secondary head to shower bar using Deltas Bar mount and this is a perfect shower for her now! Great spray pattern and she loves the pause button that allows her the freedom to be independent while showering. Thanks Delta!

Thank you for your question. The Delta 58472 shower unit has a 3 setting diverter. This gives one shared setting to have both hand shower and shower head on at the same time, and two individual settings to have either the hand shower or shower head on at a time.

What type of diverter do I buy for this? I bought this shower head but I am so confused as to what type of diverter to buy. I have a stand alone shower with no bathtub and only this shower head.

Compare this 58472-SS with 58472, which part of it is stainless?
Hi Steve, Thank you for your question. The only difference between the 58472-SS and the 58472 is the color of the finish. Brilliance stainless vs Chrome. The parts of the 2 models except for the color are the same.

Does the water shut of between settings or will there still be water coming out?
also the stainless steel finish is it suppose to not show water spots is this a accurate feature of this finish?
Thank you for your question, Patty. The 3-setting diverter will switch between the hand shower and shower head without any water coming from the other component.
Spots form when water is allowed to evaporate on the product. We recommend blotting the shower head dry after use. However, it can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth or a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.

Does this shower head come with the arm and flange?
