This little attachment does everything but wash the dishes. Really great addition to the shower. As multiple options, and a wand that comes out with more functions. Really great item, even with California water limits on how much pressure you can get.

Perfect solution
We were looking for a shower/wand to retrofit into our existing shower and keep with the angular brushed nickel decor. This Delta shower head was the perfect solution, no plumbing required and all i needed was a 1/2” m/m nipple to fit the existing shower head fixture.

Piece of garbage. The finish is already peeling after a week and it has no pressure. Can't wait to replace it. It also comes down much too low for tall people. Forget about washing your hair under the shower if you are tall.

Is this showerhead supposed to pivot? It looks like a ball joint where it connects to the shower arm comes out of the wall, but it does not move/pivot

Thank you for your question. This shower head will swivel side to side. It may be stiff at first and is easier to swivel when it is installed.

How do you remove the water sense out of the shower head our house? This teacher makes no the water pans out like a slow garden hose the water pressure in our house is low.

A water-sense labeled product will have a lower flow rate and tampering with the flow restricor could cause this shower head to no longer comply with local plumbing restrictions. Is it possible to replace simply the wand of this unit? Ours recently has become clogged, and I don't want to have to replace the entire unit.
Thank you for your question, Greg. Unfortunately, the hand shower is not available separately. However, there are a few things you can do to help remove blockages from the hose. Please try removing the hand shower and soaking it in a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution for about an hour. This will help dissolve mineral buildup. Next, check the end of the hand shower and tap it on the counter to help dislodge any debris.

What is the difference between model 58473 and 58473-25?

The Delta 58473 hand shower has a max. flow rate 1.75 gpm at 80 psi.
The Delta 58473-25 hand shower has a max. flow rate 2.5 gpm at 80 psi.

The button on the handheld is stuck and it appears to be pushed in. As such, we can't change the setting on the handheld. Is there a way to get the button out?

Will this work with Model: RP46870 shower arm?

Thank you for your inquiry! Our Delta In2ition Shower Heads, like the 58473-CZ model, are manufactured to be used with a standard shower arms with a 45 degree angle. The In2ition shower head may not work properly installed on the RP46870 shower arm.

Is this really a "touch clean" model? It doesn't look like it.
Thank you for your question, Kim. The H2Okinetic spray holes are self-cleaning. However, the hand shower has a round pattern of Touch Clean spray holes as well.
