I called Delta customer service and without any trouble and a very short description of the problem on my part, Delta is shipping a complete unit at no cost. The customer service person was friendly and made sure i got the exact replacement. Would have given 5 stars if I didn't have to swap it out. Customer service is 5 star rating.

What valve goes with the 58464-SS25?  We need one that the hot/cold is separate than the on/off.  Can we order it in a kit with valve to turn it on off?  If not, would the T17T086SS work with it?

Currently, the 58474 model will have a 1.75 GPM flow rate and the 58474-25 model will have a 2.5 GPM flow rate at 80 PSI. These will be available in a variety of finishes. Best regards, Jon

How do I get the pause setting

Press the button to change settings, one setting will be the pause setting. The other four settings will be H2Okinetic ® Spray,Full Body Spray,Massaging Spray, and Shampoo Rinsing Spray. This helps prevent heat transfer that could result in scalding and reduce weight. Non-metallic parts are also beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode. Does this shower head contain latex (also called natural rubber, dry rubber, rubber, caucho, natural rubber latex) or is the "rubber" in the Touch Clean nozzles synthetic rubber or silicone? I've a severe latex allergy.

However, because thermoplastic rubber (which is a physical mix of polymers) is used in some of the products, we can’t guarantee that there is no Latex contained in those products. Use of thermoplastic rubber in these kinds of applications is common. We understand that some individuals have a severe allergic reaction to Latex. Are the Delta shower heads and handheld showers made out of plastic or metal? Many reviews of shower heads mention the weakness and cheap feel of the plastic shower heads used by major brands.

Your document DSP-B-58474 Rev. C specifies a 2.5 gpm flow rate at 80PSI. Do you have a flow rate chart for other PSIs? Many homes on wells only range from 30-60PSI so it would be helpful to know what the flow rate is for those pressures.

Is there a smaller hose that can be used for this shower head, 60-82" is way too long, or something used to clamp it down, it sticks out way too far .

How do you keep the hand held from falling off? Is there a button?
