Looks good but functions poorly
Looks beautiful and if it actually put out a satisfying spray I would be happy. It is so wimpy though that every time I have friends or family visiting, I hear how little water is coming out. Seems like a sad waste of money.

Great shorted with removable wand
This is the third one of these I have purchased. That should say something. Everyone that has used them is very pleased. The oldest one is about 4 years old in our master. Plenty of time to get a good evaluation.

They do not stand behind their warranty.
Don't buy it. Don't buy it. Expensive, cumbersome and disfunctional. It does not swivel at all. According to the spec, it is supposed to swivel 15 degrees on each side but mine doesn't budge. I called Delta with proof of purchase (it was installed only a week ago). They will NOT stand behind their warranty. Got jerked around by a rep who said I need to send a video of me trying to swivel the thing but the video could not exceed 2 meg. Even a 3 second long video is larger than that so I couldn't send this unreasonable proof that the product is defective. Then I called back and another rep offered my 50% off to purchase a different shower head based on their list price. Sleazy. Disappointed. Warning - Delta will use any excuse not to stand behind their product. Don't buy from them.

This is unit is really great! The versatility is exceptional….however, we have just begun to have a problem with the handheld staying locked-in. First time ever to have an issue with a Delta product. I will be contacting you for a warranty claim.

Poor water pressure
The water pressure for this shower head is very disappointing for the price. When you use the function for both the outside and inside part of the shower head for flow together it is even worse. We had a professional completely renovate 2 bathrooms and do not have pressure problems on any other fixtures. Our previous cheap shower head was significantly better for a fraction of the price

Thank you for your question. The Delta 58474 H2Okinetic® In2ition® 5-Setting Two-in-One Shower fits on any of our Delta Shower Arms as both have standard 1/2" connections. There is no need for a slide bar as the hand shower will dock right into the fixed shower head.

What Square ceramic drain assembly can I use to match this Model#... 58474-SS25 - I have bought and I dont know what drain assenbly to match color any suggesting's?
Thank you for your question, Kell! Unfortunately we do not manufacture a ceramic drain assembly and our Bath Waste Assemblies are sold separately. We do recommend checking with the manufacturer of the shower base or tub as well as the drain manufacturer for the best fit with your installation. Our Stainless Steel finish does coordinate with most stainless and brushed nickel finishes however.

How can I get a replacement 2.5gpm flow restrictor?

Thank you for your question. The flow restrictor in the Delta 58474 H2Okinetic® In2ition® 5-Setting Two-in-One Shower is non-removable and non-replaceable. If the restrictor needs to be replaced, the whole shower unit will need to be replaced.

We are getting hardly any pressure from our new 58474-SS. The button to change settings leaves us with a trickle each time. How can we correct this?

Are all of your bathroom faucets and fixtures plastic? Do you carry any all metal varieties?

Our products use a proprietary mixture of both metal and plastic components to ensure a long lasting, high quality product, while maintaining safety control for the various temperatures of water that go through the product. With any shower head or hand shower for example, the part of the faucet that you would grab onto is typically made of a plastic or a plastic-mixture, as metal is heavier, susceptible to corrosion and retains heat. The product page for each model will usually state if this is metallic or not.

What kind of water control valve do you use with the 58474 showerhead?

Model 58474-RB is commonly used with a Delta R10000-UNBX Universal Rough in Valve. However, a new rough in body would not need to be installed in order to use this shower head.

Thank you for your question. The Delta 58474-RB In2ition 2-in-1 Shower Head and Hand Shower is non-metallic. All of our current hand showers are non-metallic. This helps prevent heat transfer that could result in scalding and reduce weight. Non-metallic parts are also beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode. Please know that all of our products are tested to ensure long-lasting use and have a Lifetime Limited Warranty.
The 60 - 82" (1524 - 2082 mm) stretchable hose is metal.

This faucet was installed in my new construction house. I love it ! But I can’t find a way to only have water on the spray vs coming out shower head and spray. What am I missing ?

Wayfair explaine that this showerhead is either low lead compliant or lead free. Can you tell me which one it is? And I didn't think people made products with lead in them anymore, so I didnt think to look out for it. This is very concerning to me:(

How to clean mineral deposits from the handle, shower head, and hose connection. Can you use CLR?

To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward. If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All-Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use. Avoid using the following which can damage your finish:
· Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner, Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner. Avoid bleach-based cleaners.
· Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust, and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric, and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents.
· Avoid harsh abrasives or polishes.

Why is the 1.75gpm model of Stainless steel not shipping to California from any retailer? It is 1.75gpm so it is compliant (and other colors of this model are shipping to California).
