Good showerhead
I love the versatility of this shower head and I have had no problems with the magnet like others have stated. It's heavy and not cheap plastic. Every contractor (pretty much gutted my home to the studs) that has looked at my shower components has made the comment, "You got the good stuff." I was warned from the beginning to make sure my fittings, my valves and my accessories were brass so that's what I did in my 2.5 bathrooms. The only issue I have with the showerhead is that the water pressure is less than I would like it to be. The longer hose is a bonus too and makes cleaning the shower easier. I bought the black but and I have no issues with water buildup and water spots. Everyone's water is different and to blame mineral deposits on the brand, isn't really the fair thing to do.

A terrible purchase
I'm so mad we spent so much money on this shower head. The magnet doesn't hold up the detachable head, and we're lucky it didn't hit us or our new glass shower door when it fell. We tried adding a stronger magnet to the back, but still no luck. The side notches that are supposed to help hold it are poorly designed and don't work. The finish is also chipping off around the notches already. We've taken less than 5 showers with this thing and now have to figure out what to do to replace it.

Should be Recalled
We're returning this product. The handheld shower arm does not "click" into place so much as it just dangles precariously. The clips on the side don't grip the handheld unit. The magnet in the head is not strong enough to hold it, so any slight bumps of the water cable (or high water pressure when turning on the shower faucet) cause the shower handheld to fall out of the cradle. Our shower head is installed at the standard 30 degree angle, so this is not a steep angle install issue. The cradle just doesn't function. We were advised by our contractor to return this and get a different head as this will inevitably fall and crack our brand new tile.
Poor design, not individual product manufacturer's defect. This design should be recalled.

Don't Recommend
I bought this a month ago from Rampart Supply. I am not happy with the water pressure. I tested it in the store, but it's not the same water pressure. My sister's cheap Home Depot hand shower head has more water pressure. I am on a well and we have 60psi. I got the black matte and shows so many mineral deposits already. Which I told the salesperson, we have a lot of mineral deposits even with a filter. I have tried the different settings. When I try to operate both the hand held and the shower head at the same time, the water comes out of the hand held lightly. We are very disappointed. And we bought the tub spout in black and the water drips on it. The tub spout is completely plastic and huge. Much bigger than what we expected. I need two more shower systems and I don't know what to get now.
I do like the hose and magnetic docking though.

Quality all around. Streams are clean, not jagged, heavy brass and stainless construction. Listen, you can get its twin at HomieDepot for 1/3 the price, but that dog is plastic covered plastic. Get the real deal.

Not a great product
The magnet is not strong enough holding in the handheld spray head if you have to have the main head pointing down at a steep angle. Our main head is high so this needs to angle down quite a bit. It would just fall out. I was able to add a much stronger magnet, but that should not have been necessary.

I cannot find a matching shower water faucet for this shower head anywhere including in your website. Help
