Looks good but functions poorly
Looks beautiful and if it actually put out a satisfying spray I would be happy. It is so wimpy though that every time I have friends or family visiting, I hear how little water is coming out. Seems like a sad waste of money.

Great shorted with removable wand
This is the third one of these I have purchased. That should say something. Everyone that has used them is very pleased. The oldest one is about 4 years old in our master. Plenty of time to get a good evaluation.

They do not stand behind their warranty.
Don't buy it. Don't buy it. Expensive, cumbersome and disfunctional. It does not swivel at all. According to the spec, it is supposed to swivel 15 degrees on each side but mine doesn't budge. I called Delta with proof of purchase (it was installed only a week ago). They will NOT stand behind their warranty. Got jerked around by a rep who said I need to send a video of me trying to swivel the thing but the video could not exceed 2 meg. Even a 3 second long video is larger than that so I couldn't send this unreasonable proof that the product is defective. Then I called back and another rep offered my 50% off to purchase a different shower head based on their list price. Sleazy. Disappointed. Warning - Delta will use any excuse not to stand behind their product. Don't buy from them.

Poor water pressure
The water pressure for this shower head is very disappointing for the price. When you use the function for both the outside and inside part of the shower head for flow together it is even worse. We had a professional completely renovate 2 bathrooms and do not have pressure problems on any other fixtures. Our previous cheap shower head was significantly better for a fraction of the price

How do you set the diverter handle? Our shower is now sometimes sputtering, but spray heads seem clear. Is there a default way to adjust the diverter handle (Up, Down, Middle)?

The diverter knob on the right side of the showerhead is turned to change between showerhead only, showerhead and hand shower, or hand shower only.
To first troubleshoot the spray, we recommend soaking in 50/50 white vinegar and water, then rinsing.

I just had the 58474-CZ installed and now the handheld portion won’t undock from the rest of the shower head. What am I missing?

We apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing and we are happy to help! Our 58474-CZ handshower is held in by two clips. To remove the hand shower: grab the hand shower and place your thumb on the bottom of the showerhead ring. While pushing gently with your thumb pull the hand shower towards you. You will do this when placing it back in place and you will hear a click.

what are the materials of construction? any plastic parts?

With any showerhead or hand shower, for example, the part of the faucet that you would grab onto is typically made of plastic or a plastic-mixture, as metal is heavier, susceptible to corrosion and retains heat.

No, the hose that is included with our 58474 is our 60"-82" inch stretchable metal hose. We have one that will stretch 69"-92" inches, but it is Chrome only. The part number is U495D-69-PK.

Best way to clean champagne bronze finish? It looks like it has black fingerprints on it. It's just installed-brand new.

Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful.

can the entire shower head be used on a sliding bar instead of fixed to the wall?

What would cause this shower head unit to demagnetize? I had this unit installed in10/21 after two showers the hand held portion fell out of the stationary unit, and hit me in the head . I received a replacement unit, it is now malfunctioning. Please help

The Delta Faucet H2Okinetic® In2ition® 5-Setting Two-In-One Shower In Lumicoat Chrome MODEL#: 58474-PR hand shower should snap together with the main showerhead. If you push the hand shower into the showerhead until the two parts snap together you should not have this issue. There is no magnet holding the parts together.
