We purchased 2 of these shower heads for our home. One of them has worked flawlessly for 4 years. The other one the wand slowly stoped working. I called Delta customer service and without any trouble and a very short description of the problem on my part, Delta is shipping a complete unit at no cost. The customer service person was friendly and made sure i got the exact replacement. Would have given 5 stars if I didn't have to swap it out. Customer service is 5 star rating.

Currently, the 58474 model will have a 1.75 GPM flow rate and the 58474-25 model will have a 2.5 GPM flow rate at 80 PSI. These will be available in a variety of finishes.

Press the button to change settings, one setting will be the pause setting. The other four settings will be H2Okinetic ® Spray,Full Body Spray,Massaging Spray, and Shampoo Rinsing Spray. Will this shower head work with an adjustable arm or a sliding arm?
Thank you for your question, remodel girl! We do not recommend using a 2-in-1 shower head with an adjustable arm such as the UA902-PK. The hand shower can be mounted on any of our slide bars.

Thank you for your question. The Delta 58474-25 In2itin 2-in-1 Hand Shower And Shower Head are both non-metallic. All of our current hand showers are non-metallic. This helps prevent heat transfer that could result in scalding and reduce weight. Non-metallic parts are also beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode. Does this shower head contain latex (also called natural rubber, dry rubber, rubber, caucho, natural rubber latex) or is the "rubber" in the Touch Clean nozzles synthetic rubber or silicone? I've a severe latex allergy.

Delta does not specify Latex material in its showering products. However, because thermoplastic rubber (which is a physical mix of polymers) is used in some of the products, we can’t guarantee that there is no Latex contained in those products. Use of thermoplastic rubber in these kinds of applications is common.
We understand that some individuals have a severe allergic reaction to Latex. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that there is no Latex present in the material. However, we do not specify the use of Latex material.

We just installed the 58474-25. We have discovered the removable spray unit is too heavy for the magnets/clip to hoild in place. When we put the shower head in the correct position it falls out. Anyone else have this problem and is there a soluton?

Your document DSP-B-58474 Rev. C specifies a 2.5 gpm flow rate at 80PSI. Do you have a flow rate chart for other PSIs? Many homes on wells only range from 30-60PSI so it would be helpful to know what the flow rate is for those pressures.

Is there a smaller hose that can be used for this shower head, 60-82" is way too long, or something used to clamp it down, it sticks out way too far .

How do you keep the hand held from falling off? Is there a button?

To combine the shower head and hand shower, insert the top slot on the hand shower into the tab of the shower head. Push the hand shower into the shower head until the two parts snap together.
